Recently renovated small house with terrace and garden in the very quiet neighborhood of Genette. A 100m max: shops, doctors, casino, walk in the parks and by the sea. Self-service bike station. Beach, City centre,Old port and cinema within a 10-minute walk. The house is perfectly suited to accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children, or adolescents. It would become UNCOMFORTABLE for 4 adults.Bedroom 2 is very cramped and beds are 70cm wide beds.

This house is our holiday home, we have a very good time with our 3 children and we would like it to be able to accommodate travellers passing by the Atlantic... The house is pleasantly located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It's at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All trips can be reached on foot or by bike. The 400m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking space. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
