Townhouse holiday rentals in La Cinta Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

I really liked the apartment! Great location for exploring the northeastern part of Sardinia. Very nice beach 10 mins away by foot! Barbecue area, wonderful terrace! The house had everything you need, even an umbrella for the beach. The host is really helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Sardinia.

Beautiful holiday, comfortable apartment, well-kept, there is really nothing missing, as at home. Very pleasant the garden and the porch, a pleasure for the eyes. in a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro. Host Mrs. Tania very kind as well as her collaborator Marika, have met our needs with kindness and attention. Go back! I fully recommend this facility.

Brilliant location close to the beach!

Antonio's place is within walking distance of the center of San Teodoros. Everything you need in everyday use is there. The neighborhood itself is quiet, you only hear the nightclub in the distance from time to time, but that was no further disturbing for us. The communication with Antonio is friendly and straightforward. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly. We felt right at home and would come back anytime!!

Monica's apartment is delicious, well equipped and with a really nice outdoor space (watch out for mosquitoes!). The location is perfect, secluded and quiet but just minutes from the supermarket, from the center of the village of La Maddalena, and above all from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The bridge to Caprera is also a five-minute drive away. Highly recommended, we were traveling with our 8-month-old daughter and the house turned out to be really comfortable. Monica was always available, thank you and we hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay here. It was clean and very modern and had lots of plugs which was great. The internet worked perfectly the whole time as well. The apartment was very comfortable and nice to stay in and Floriana and Kristina were very responsive and super helpful with any questions that we had. I would stay here again.

Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Beautiful and large house with a beautiful view of San Teodoro and the sea view. We had a great time! The house is well equipped and also has air conditioning and TV in every room. Michael is super friendly and helpful, he even helped us when some friends were canceled. 100% recommended.

The house is very nice, equipped with all the comforts and with a nice space outside where you can always eat fresh. The beaches nearby are beautiful, one of the most beautiful beaches within a 5-minute drive. There was great availability from Bruna for both check-in and suggestions. Recommended!

Very nicely located in the middle of Taunaunella with a wonderful garden and a great view from the balcony. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for families. Within a radius of about 20 km, there are many beautiful beaches and several supermarkets are available in Budoni (about 3 km) Francesco as a host is a great host..Always reachable, proactive and super helpful. We can only recommend the house.

The accommodation was just right for our needs. (two children and two adults). What I particularly liked is the quiet location close to the sea. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped. Communication with Claudia was impeccable.

Great place in an amazing location!

This villa is a great location for the north east coast of Sardinia and all the beautiful beaches in the area. It is in a quiet road but with easy distance to a great local shop, gelateria, and the local beach called Impostu. The villa had good facilities, was in an excellent location for beaches and we especially liked the patio area and small garden. Cristina our host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

It was all perfect . The apartament is very cozy and fully equipped. Riccardo help us and solve all the problems we had . The location is perfect , i recommend this place to everybody. I would come back any time .
