Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Chapelle, Paris

Juliette was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. She responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful throught our stay. Juliette was easy to contact if needed. Apartment was spotless and location very good to access all the places we wanted to visited. Also very close to Metro which was a massive plus.Thank you.

Great location! Our guests were always communicative, giving updates and clear instructions. I traveled with 3 friends and we felt so comfortable at this place. Everything was very clean and cozy. It is located 10 min walking from the Eiffel Tower so we had a beautiful view every night coming to the apartment. 2 metro stations 5 min away walking. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris!

Positive aspects of the accommodation: Excellent location, very central and close to everything, with good restaurants, the subway, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. Also, Tristan always responds quickly to my messages. Negative aspects of the accommodation: The apartment is exactly as in the photos, but with less light at this time of year (September). The heating is central and only starts working in October and by the end of September we already feel cold, as the apartment is quite humid. The bed in the bedroom has two mattresses and the top one is smaller, as is the sheet, so it was not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the third person does not take a very hot shower. We loved our stay! Hope to come back.

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Nice parisian apartment at the very heart of the city of lights. Many restaurants and things to see and do around. Friendly and responsive host.

Olivier was super responsive, great communication, very accessible. The house is great, well decorated, very well-equipped. The summer kitchen is great, even if we didn't have the use. We had a great weekend with our family. Thanks again, Olivier

My mom and I travelled to Paris for the first time and stumbled upon this listing, drawn in by the photos. It was a beautiful and perfect stay! It was easy to locate and in a safe location. The metro was right around the corner and Gillian included detailed instructions, as well as a list of his recommendations. We had a blast exploring and felt great going back to this cozy place. We would absolutely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Charles place. Charles is honest, kind, personable, and responsive. The apartment was clean, situated in a very nice building close to Place Victor Hugo. The apartment has all of the necessary amenities and everything worked perfectly well. Charles very kindly accommodated us for an early check-in and he was super responsive when I had questions regarding parking. We will definitely come back.

The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Can't thank enough Michele for a lovely stay in her apartment. Great location just a few minutes' walk to the Metro, with free parking available in the compound, and a private lift. The apartment is very well appointed, with air-conditioning, heated floors and fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms and toilets (one separated) was also very convenient for my family of four. The design touches by Michele were also very beautiful, including a real Christmas tree! But best of all was Michele, one of the loveliest and most responsive hosts I've encountered on Airbnb.

Close to good restaurants, metro , Pantheon, Arena, among other attractions and easy to go by foot or by metro on all sides of Paris. The apartment has the essentials for a good stay and to be able to eat at home. Quiet, and great for housing a small family. We will stay again and recommend it.

The accommodation was also beautiful, and the instructions on how to get in were explained in the video, so it was very easy to understand.It is close to the airport and there are restaurants, so it is especially recommended for the last day of your trip.It's a little far from the city, but I was able to catch uber right away, so this is the best place to stay around the airport

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
