Go for it without so much as a second thought!!! We wanted to change our minds and were not disappointed! Far from there! The setting proposed by Alain and Michèle, the calm, the very pretty cottage where everything is well thought out, close to Provins where we are full of visits, the kindness, the kindness of the owners means that we managed our 4-day stay! Maryse and Jean Louise are some of the post personable, thoughtful hosts we have encountered in Airbnb stays. From meeting us at 10pm after our train got in late, checking in over text, to meeting us to check out, they showed a real joy in making our experience happy. This showed itself also in the thoughtful way they provisioned the kitchen with useful items, such as a raclette grill and a salad spinner. We were able to make great salads, raclette, and crème caramel. Our kids appreciated the playmobile and other toys. The apartment has been lovingly restored, keeping a lot of its historic character without sacrificing comfort. Our only caution is that if you are tall, you might be cramped in the double bed with a footboard. We found Provins delightful , even in wet December weather. It’s a lovely place to walk. Across the street on Wed. and Sat. is an excellent fresh market. Great baguettes around every corner & historical buildings to explore made us sad to leave.

great stay, catherine and Nicolas's house is spacious and functional, perfect for our group of 11. the outside is quiet and peaceful , the pool is relaxing. the exchanges are very friendly and responsive, check-in and check-out instructions are very detailed which makes it easier to stay. thank you

Had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Julie is extremely responsive and attentive, making the experience perfect. The studio is ideal a few minutes walk from the train station and the city center. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Céline for renting this beautiful cottage. We stayed 2 nights, there were 8 of us. The house is cocooning, it is very beautiful with exposed stones. It has everything you need on site and there is plenty of space to park in the driveway for 4 cars. Thanks to Celine we discovered a great ratafia, thank you again for the little attention 😊

Top weekend spent with friends at Virginia's. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste, very well furnished and equipped. It is ideally located to enjoy Provins, everything is nearby! And having an outdoor space is a real plus. Also Virginia is very pleasant, responsive and available. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice cottage, located close to the lake, the beach, the road bike, many hiking trails, with a very pleasant garden and terrace. Bikes for rent are available on-site for walks. In addition, Olivier is very responsive, attentive, welcoming and ready to give all the information you need to offer a very pleasant stay. We had a great week. 1 inconvenience to know but that goes with all the advantages mentioned previously, the wooden staircase which is noisy when you use it, a little inconvenient at night...

This is the second time we stay at this unit, and we couldn't be more happy. The location is fantastic, and the place is just beautiful, homey and comfortable beyond words. In spite of been in a small town in Champagne, this house has all you could need, including very fast internet. Louis goes out of his way to make you feel at home, and he is always attentive and very responsive. Once again, we loved this place and for sure look forward to book it again when traveling in the region in the future.

We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. We had a really pleasant Christmas stay with the family on the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fire, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove(the open kitchen in its extension), foosball, billiards, sauna, board games, great walks in the surrounding countryside, there was enough to rejoice all generations! Jean-Yves' welcome (and Caroline!) was perfect! For summer, the house has in addition to a large garden. Only about thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

We did not have the chance to meet Nathalie but she was still very responsive, accommodating and attentive by message. The house is superb, we enjoyed the hot tub and board games available on site!
