a warm welcome, just like the house. Odette is available and responsive. the accommodation is very well thought out and equipped. We rented from Odette for the 2nd time and were not disappointed!

Sebastien is a very welcoming and responsive host. We had a nice Christmas Eve at this beautiful home. In addition, it was accommodating on our arrival time, in a festive period. We'll be happy to come back, maybe in summer this time, to enjoy a little more of the outdoor setting.

We had a great family Christmas party in the beautiful Bertrand mansion, where even the tree was waiting for us! The interior is very spacious and the decor neat. Bertrand was flexible on check-in and check-out times, we thank him for that. I recommend it.

Very nice house, well suited for our group of 6. Easy to access from Rennes train station. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, very cozy living room for a small movie night. Perfect!

We had a great time at Patrick's place, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well equipped, you won't miss anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a great point, the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is also plenty of tidying up in the space which is a significant plus! Everything is like the photos and the amenities shown in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great for spending some time outside enjoying (football, children's swing...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Another big thank you to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house:), the explanations were clear and accurate. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought:)

Small piece of paradise, quiet and green. The house is very functional with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave). Great setting with a small forest adjoining the property, all secured by a gate. Our dog loved this large play area and our daughters enjoyed the swing and games available. The house was very clean and the beds made on arrival, which is nice when checking in a little late. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to messages. The little attention that was waiting for us on the table made us happy. Very well located, the house is close to all tourist centers (- 20 mins). A perfect place to disconnect because no wifi, which makes it good to let go of phones and just enjoy. Rest assured, we still pick up outside and upstairs. Address to remember without a doubt.
