Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Carihuela, Churriana

We stayed 10 days in Rocío's apartment, with 4 adults and two small children. The apartment is very well equipped, for cooking and for washing clothes, we came very well. It is located in a quiet, authentic neighborhood, and with the bus stop right next door to go downtown. The promenade is also very nice, it is about 10-15 minutes camindando. Rocío is very friendly and responds without delay to messages.

Mia was a very helpful host, we got locked out the first night and she was quick to communicate and make sure we were able to get back in. The apartment is redone and modern. We ran into a few hiccups but Mia was proactive and did what she could to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Words cannot describe how amazing Silvia was as a host & how amazing the apartment was – this was my first Airbnb experience & exceeded expectations. I was delayed out of the UK which was no issue for Silvia to meet us in the late hours, she was very warm welcoming & had a big smile on her face with nothing you needed being an issue & checking in on us as I was staying there for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a perfect location next to supermarkets, restaurants & the beach within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for solo or couples with good wi-fi, comfy bed, a decent kitchen & a washer/dryer for those staying longer than a few days. She also has 2 other apartments which I had a quick look at & they’re immaculate so, if you are looking for anywhere to stay around La Cala de Mijas, I highly recommend any apartments Silvia has to offer. I’m hoping to come back soon as I enjoyed my time there very much. Thank you Silvia!

Nice place to spend good time front of the beach and next to city center when required

We are two friends who spent 5 weeks in the Ele apartment for work and we were very satisfied with our stay!! The location is absolutely perfect! Close to all amenities, as well as the beach on one side and the metro and bus on the other so you can go wherever you want. The host has always been thoughtful and proactive and always clear and fast communication! The apartment itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and very well designed! Wifi works great if you ever need it to work! I recommend!!!

We stayed for a month and it was one of the nicest Airbnb places we have stayed (and we have stayed in quite a few), with the apartment exactly matching the description and photos. It was nice that the apartment was only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city and being there for a long stay it was handy it was within a proper neighbourhood with four real supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The apartment was very quiet, and the sunny roof terrace was a nice place to while away some time. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen (and good quality towels) and with proper black out shutters we certainly had a good nights sleep. What was a very pleasant surprise was the weekly laundering of the bed linen and towels.

Lovely apartment exactly like the pictures with great A/C. The pool area is perfect! Bars & restaurants within walking distance and plenty to do around. Nela was a great host very quick to respond when needed and accommodated everything we asked for. We will be booking again soon! X

The villa was absolutely beautiful. You drive into the garage and street level and take the stairs or elevator up to the swimming pool where you find the front door to the villa. The villa has seating areas outside the lounge and master bedroom with wonderful views over Torremuelle out to the sea. The pool area is delightful and clean with lovely sun loungers and the water is warm all day. The villa has electric shutters which cover all windows and doors and the whole place felt very safe while we were there. You can walk for 10 mins to Torremuelle station where you can catch a trains to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella. Walk another 10 mins and you are down at the sea. Lyx were incredibly responsive when we had an issue with one shutter and sent out a locksmith at 11pm who fixed it there and then. Enjoy your stay!

the accommodation was above expectations. very close to the beach and local center. the view from the roof terrace was wonderful. the accommodation had everything you had expected and more. Elvinas was very quick to respond very helpful. highly recommended !!

Easy keysafe entry, flexible check-in and check-out times. Beautiful walk to town and wonderful to sit on the terrace and see local life. Loved our home from home in gorgeous Mijas

Fabulous location just steps from the beach. Jorge was very responsive to all my questions and flexible check in and check out was very much appreciated. The house is very well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with a further bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The terrace area was warm and sunny even in January. Really enjoyed my stay in beautiful La Cala de Mijas.

The airbnb was a big hit from our group on the holiday. It’s really spacious and offers some lovely views, chill space inside & outside, a nice place to eat food by the pool, downstairs game room was well used and very welcome! Also loved the shutters on the windows and it was all very clean. Franck was a really great host, very responsive and helpful!

Really nice townhouse, tastefully decorated but in a way that makes the place feel like a home. Very comfortable beds on the softer side, I haven't slept this well in ages. The view from the house was incredible, the house felt peaceful and very relaxing. - We had a bit of a time finding the place as the address link only gave coordinates that both Apple and Google Maps misinterpreted, and each led us to two wrong destinations. I eventually found the street address within the external link given by Vanessa, and after putting that in it was easy to find. - Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

The villa was beautiful and spacious, a real home from home, the complex is nicely kept and not too busy. Our only small complaint would be the curtains in the main bedroom, they are white and see through so don’t block out any light. It made sleeping quite difficult until we were used to it. The introduction of blackout blinds would make the property perfect .

Just arrived home after a 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. What a great find, the location was perfect so we could walk to all restaurants and bars and 2 good supermarkets within walking distance also. The neighbourhood where the villa is situated is very up market and very quiet which was ideal. Weather was amazing which was a bonus. The villa was spotless, large bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool area was superb. Ana and Sergio were perfect hosts, we had a late flight on the day we arrived and they got us a few groceries I had asked for and they were all waiting when we arrived. The villa is a true home from home and was so sad to be leaving, a true gem of a find. We will be returning for certain 😍. Ps The fruit trees are a real eye opener 🍋🍊🥑

AMAZING stay! Loved everything about this place. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Yuri and Slawek were both super responsive. The penthouse is fabulous and has stunning and you can watch sunrises every day. I will definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it . Easier way to move around is by car, keep that in mind:)

Our family, 5 adults and a baby were staying in this beautiful apartment for 5 days. It was perfect for us and all the facilities were great. Communication worked well and we were informed about everything needed. Our flight was canceled and we had some changes to check in time which wasn’t a problem for the hosts. We could also arrive early to the apartment which was a relief for us. Very good service and experience.

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Top of the line appliances, mattresses, and linens. It was perfect for our family of 5. The AMAZING balcony we used the entire trip. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would definitely stay again!!

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment contained everything you could need. The balcony and pool were added bonuses. Close to very good restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this apartment. Fernando was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed. Excellent location. Comfy beds and super air con. Lovely views. Would definitely recommend and use again. A couple of deck chairs or sun loungers to take to pool area would be wonderful.

We stayed with our family with 2 adolescents in this comfortable apartment with beautiful sea views. You feel right at home and all the amenities for your stay have been thought of. The Lidl is also very close, a few minutes by car. the Parking garage was very convenient, on the same floor as the apartment. You can stroll along the promenade along the sea to see the beautiful sunrise or sunset. Also great to enjoy a beautiful sunset from the balcony, where you have no view of other neighbors. All in all a very nice apartment, we would love to come back again!
