Friendly welcome from Fabien, who was able to respond to our requests with great flexibility. Very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. Very clean and functional accommodation, with cozy decor. We stayed there easily with our dog since it was well fenced. The spa , very clean and well heated upon arrival allowed us to relax completely, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We'll go back without a second thought! Thank you

We had a great Christmas with the family, in a warm house, where you feel at home very quickly. We arrived late, and found a warm house, with Christmas trees, a decorated house, very clear explanations everywhere, small welcome gifts that everyone happily enjoyed! Christmas preparation was made easier thanks to quick , very detailed communication and the kindness of Dominique and Anne Sophie. I highly recommend it, we'll be happy to come back, and will enjoy the exteriors if it's spring.

The accommodation is easy to access, well equipped with many details that make the difference, and we enjoyed the fenced garden overlooking the village with its small garden furniture. Do not miss the brunch and meals prepared by Myriam which adapts to special diets. Myriam is a gem, caring for her hosts, both available and respectful of our privacy. We recommend the visit of Montargis, La petite Venise du Gâtinais, and if you have the opportunity to go up to Nemours, Canoe KAWAK offers a great canoe downhill on the Loing, a little sporty during the vintage period but it's worth it!

Great stay! Everything was perfect, from the hospitality, to the cottage to the environment. Atypical village, very pretty and many activities nearby. We recommend this host. See you soon!

Small, very clean studio and very comfortable bedding.

This was hands-down my best rental experience I've ever had on Airbnb. Not only was Sylvain a fantastic host, friendly, caring and proactive, but the house and grounds themselves were absolutely fabulous. Everything was made for us to feel homey, down to small details such as wood and firestarter available for the fireplace, a fully (and I mean that) furnished kitchen, and a boat (!!!) to chill on the small lake. The place itself can only trigger love and peace, with the big windows from the living room overseeing the lake and the birds feeding in the morning, telescope to watch the stars, a user friendly gigantic screen for movie viewing and the most comfortable couch and seats. Finally, with 2 one-doube-bed bedrooms and 2 two-double-bed bedrooms, it can cater to everyone's needs, from group of friends to family. I'm seriously looking at other opportunities to go back there. It was fantastic!
