Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

The warm welcome, available and attentive, we enjoyed our stay very much for its location for the lemon festival at the foot of the accommodation, everything available, quiet neighborhood, everything for a very nice stay. Thanks again to Aymerick and Ninon.

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

Good place to visit Cannes, Nice or Monaco. Close to the train. The neighborhood is not a residential area, but easy to get to from the highway. Laurent and his partner are very kind and accessible.

Easy to find apartment in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the sea. Very spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Amazing apartment, but unfortunately we couldn't stay, because we like absolute quiet, but there was near bar, closes 23. But our child sleep graphic is 20.00 . But step aside that, amazing apartment and amazing owners.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment is well equipped and the location is incredible: walking distance to the beach, city center, train station and port! François was very responsive and I'd say the balcony view is even better than the photos show. We would surely come back here if we have the chance.

We had a lovely stay at Eric's. Beautiful building of more than a century, cozy and very well located 5 min walk from the old city. Nearby public transport networks. I had a great stay, the view is incredible with a private residence, I highly recommend being transported everything is next door by car beach, shop, restaurant, 15min by car. The host is always there friendly,

Comfortable and quiet apartment, ideally located for discovering the surroundings, restaurants, beach and shopping on foot. The wide parking space, underground, is a valuable advantage there. We'll be happy to go back.

great quiet spot in the heart of everything

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment and had a great time! The apartment is located in Villeneuve-Loubet, near Nice, in a great location. The marina is nearby and offers a wide selection of restaurants, and there are also fast food options and shops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side – strong winds prevented us from enjoying the beautiful and spacious balcony, and it wasn’t the right season to use the lovely rooftop pool. Communication with Kevin and Matheuu was excellent – quick, friendly, and always helpful. We’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer, but we’ll definitely be back. All in all – a top experience and a genuine recommendation!

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Excellent apartment in the heart of Nice, very practical and functional

Julien’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous, very accurate listing and photos - and even better! Excellent amenities and terrific location to walk almost anywhere. Julien was extremely attentive and communicative, and Michele is lovely and greeted us upon check in and was super helpful. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend!
