Very clean apartment with good bedding and being well equipped. It is very well located by being a 10/15 minute walk from the port and the aquarium. It is very quiet and the parking spaces are very nice. We also appreciated being able to pick up the keys early (as soon as we arrived at 1:00 p.m.) and benefit from the parking which allowed us to enjoy La Rochelle from our first day.

We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend it 200%.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We had a pleasant stay at this little house, this one is well equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, Senseo etc.) in the kitchen is the basics and more. There are also all the essentials for children (board games, books, strollers, bikes, beach toys etc.). The little extra that makes the difference, the beds in fact upon arrival and the towels provided, a real charge less in the suitcases. I had a very good contact with Florence before our arrival. Thank you again.

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The decor is charming, cozy and very personal, quite untypical for a vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the superbly equipped kitchen, which is tastefully integrated into the apartment. The small courtyard is also great when the weather is good. We felt very comfortable - unreserved recommendation for the vacation home!

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus! The many baby amenities are very convenient for a few days stay. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating, thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Maryse’s apartment was perfect for our stay in La Rochelle. Maryse met us at the door and showed us through explaining everything as we went. The location was a very short stroll into the busy old part of town where we enjoyed many meals and found supplies to take back to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.
