Holiday rentals with a patio in La Asunción

Héctor is a great host, very communicative and understanding. We got stuck in San Jose because cancelled flight and he accommodated us right away and assisted in making sure we felt right at home. Thank you for being a great host and allowing us in your space.

Perfect place for our family. Very peaceful and comfortable . The grounds were beautiful. Lots of great walking areas. Miguel was super responsive. The only thing that could do with improvement is entering the building and getting through security each time. Use of the gym wasn’t as straightforward as I would’ve liked. Athough the host did try to help with that, I never got to use it. But it looked awesome! Hopefully next time and we hope to return.

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Great decor, very spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, it also had a powerful air conditioning and a great 4k TV, so we felt super comfortable during our stay. The apartment is on the 15th floor, so you get a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. It was very easy to check in, the host was super responsive and I help us with recommendations on what to do in the area. The pool is on the 24th floor and has an amazing view and in the area there are many cafes, restaurants and two very nice parks for walking. I booked late at night and still got an immediate response. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us. If you have a kid and are traveling to San Jose, this is the perfect apartment. Very clean and spacious enough for us. Beautiful views. Amazing amenities including outdoor and indoor play areas. The full size washer and drier in the unit were life savers. Loved having AC in both bedrooms. The whole complex is very modern and well kept. There are a wide variety of restaurants across the street that are not only convenient but also delicious with great vibes and live music on the weekends. It seems like there will be a little supermarket at some point as well which will just be the cherry on top. There is free parking in the garage for 1 car. Overall would stay here again and recommend it!

This was a lovely, quiet, clean, spacious place, with easy, straightforward check in. We appreciated hospitable touches for the children (i.e. comfortable crib, Paw Patrol cups). Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ana Luisa’s apartment. We spent a bit more than two weeks there including for teleworking, which worked very well. Ana Luisa is very friendly and always helpful. The apartment is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a small park in front and walking distance to supermarkets and some bars/restaurants. It is conveniently located to reach downtown with a 10/20min taxi or bus ride. We can recommend the apartment and would come back again. The apartment also works well with children.

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

With my family we went to celebrate my birthday and we were delighted, the place is beautiful, it has beautiful views. The house is beautiful, absolutely everything was too nice, my family and I were very happy. Jorge very attentive and accessible, don Santos (the person in charge of receiving us) is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. We recommend to go clear and admire those beautiful views.🌷

Tracee’s place has everything you need. We stayed there with our toddler for 2 weeks and it was very comfortable. It’s not cluttered, so it was great with our 1 year old who is always grabbing things. The place is safe, clean, pleasant and Tracee keeps a nice and open communication. The kitchen could use more love, but it is well equipped. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Daniel and his team were amazing hosts! They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

This condo in Alajuela was extremely clean with modern appliances and an easy check-in/check-out process. Great location very close to the airport.

A perfect place if you need to stay in the city for a couple of days, it is spacious and has an amazing view.

We really enjoyed staying at William’s place. Lots of amenities - I enjoyed the patio very much.

Staying a Jorge’s place was prefect for our one night in San Jose before getting on the road to La fortuna. Check in was easy with reception and they actually had the place ready earlier than check in time which was great for us to put our luggage away and then head to the local Walmart to food and snacks for our trip. Balcony was perfect to see the downtown area. Couch was comfortable. Bed was good. Having a tv in the bedroom was a plus and Netflix was a score. When we come back to San Jose, I’ll have no hesitation with booking Jorge’s place.

Rolled in around 1 or 2 am from my flight. Guard was very kind and helpful. Safe location. Love that the playground and picnic benches are super close, my sons woke up and went right out to play, which they needed after a long day of travel. The building and the place itself are very clean, with is super important. I am sensitive to air fresheners and so if you have a high sensitivity you can maybe ask to have them unplugged before your arrival, other than that A+ and great price. Close to Walmart too
