A perfect place to stay as a couple, as well as with friends or family. With all the comfort of a house in a village and a 10 minute drive to a larger village with more leisure. It's an unbeatable stay, we'll repeat for sure.

The apartment is complete with everything you need for your stay. The village is very quiet, ideal to disconnect. For the amenities you need, you have Avila Boat 10mins driving. Amaya was very quick to respond upon check in and check out. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic weekend! Our stay at Francisco's cottage was lovely. The house complied with all descriptions, and we felt at home from the first moment. The place is cozy, well cared for and is a perfect environment to enjoy nature. The views from the house were unbeatable. In addition, Francisco was always available for any questions and offered us his help at all times. He also recommended restaurants and places to visit. I certainly recommend Francisco and his home. We will definitely be back!

The house is very comfortable and nice. It keeps all its charm and its different spaces play a lot. It allows to very well explore an area that is very special for its villages, gentes and landscapes.

A very pleasant surprise. Quite comfortable house in a quiet village where friendly and responsive people live. Perfect for large families. Close to Salamanca, Bejár and surroundings. Inmaculada is a caring and kind hostess.

A lovely chalet, clean and with modern amenities. We particularly liked the log burning fire, which we used as it was cold outside in the evening. A great location at the top of the village, which itself is nestled on the hillside. Our dog loved the fenced-in outside space connected to the villa and we all enjoyed the nearby scenery and ability to walk straight into the hills. One point worth mentioning is that the streets in the town leading up to the villa are narrow. It was fine for us because we were in a car, but it would be more difficult if visitors were travelling in a larger vehicle such as a caravan.

The house is an old town house but with renovated and very comfortable toilets. It is located in a very quiet village, but with very nice villages and with a lot of offer nearby. Communication with Juan Antonio was excellent.

A group of 6 people with two babies, we were at home. In the middle of nature, all the comforts of the house, the host and the people of the super cozy and friendly village. We are delighted. We will surely return. Thank you very much for everything

The setting is a marvel. If what you're looking for is a haven of peace in nature, disconnect, walks, music, reading……This is your place. Extremely private. Eva's place is beautiful. A very well restored rustic house. The house has plenty of space and all the required amenities. I love the upper balcony in the back of the property, nice to relax and enjoy the afternoon. 100% recommended. I would love to come back in the future.

Wonderful home and host. For those who seek tranquility and spend a few days in the countryside but close to towns to visit, it has the perfect location. The house is equipped as if you were in yours, we don't miss anything. We enjoyed our getaway days so much.

We stayed with 5 adults and two children in Julio's house and it was a very comfortable stay. The house is equipped with everything you need, the rooms are very spacious. It is very well communicated for visits in the area.

We really enjoyed this weekend When we arrived it was all spotless, in the kitchen cupcakes and welcome cookies. Jose Luis recommended us local plans and was always very kind. It also allowed us to stay a little longer than check out time. It was a very nice trip with friends, we will be happy to return to this nice place cared for so carefully. Thank you very much Jose!
