Condo holiday rentals in Kutchan, Abuta District

In the room as in the pictures, it felt nice overall, except that the comforter in the living room had a lot of no grease stains left behind was a bit of a hindrance, other things were ok, the fridge had simple flavor. No toothbrush provided, no laundry detergent was a little inconvenient😝

Ken was fast to confirm my last minute booking and provided lots of recommendations and really clear check in instructions. The location is really walkable to many restaurants (go get ice cream at KLIM!) Ken’s place was a great landing pad for my husband and I and our friend who’s traveling with us as we had a change in plans to spend an extra day exploring Sapporo.

The accommodation was so clean and had everything we needed. It was good for 3 families to spend. There was a brochure in the accommodation, but it was a little disappointing that I had to inquire by message because there was no instructions on how to heat it, but it was okay because they responded quickly. It was warm because one of the stoves warmed up the whole house enough, but it was a little cold in the bedroom, so it would have been nice to have an electric pad. The view outside is great, so I want to come again one day when it's not cold.

Thoughtful, comfortable, convenient, clean, and absolutely love it! We were warmly greeted and enthusiastically introduced useful information about the room and the surroundings! The house is close to the core shopping mall and surrounding attractions, and can be reached within a 3-10 minute walk.It is possible to park for free, can stay for three people, there is an extra sofa bed for one person. The homeowner has thoughtfully prepared charging cords, humidifiers, umbrellas, non-slip shoe tails, and even snow carving tools and playing cards!There are also small objects full of design and cute throughout, and all places are clearly explained in English, and the design is very reasonable. Of course, it's very clean as well. We didn't bring anti-slip shoe bites, there was a lot of ice on the Otaru road in winter, and the anti-slip shoe bites helped a lot!Thank you so much! We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Niseko! The space was very clean, the amenities were great, and there was even a food truck right outside where you could order some delicious snacks (we made quite a few stops here). The location was great— quick access to buses/shuttles, a few great restaurants really close by, and it was in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Grand Hirafu was a 5 min bus ride away (3 min walk to the station) or about a 20 minute walk by foot. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and owned an art gallery downstairs with some incredible art which was super cool. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in Niseko!

My stay was fantastic - the apartment is a fair bit larger than most places I’ve stayed in Japan, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right around the corner from the train station, only two stops from Odori Park. It was super convenient and not hard to find even when I arrived in a snow storm at night. It’s a short walk from a convenience store, and not far from a delicious ramen shop (Yu), both of which were really appreciated in the snow. The host also gave great recommendations for trying all the local specialty dishes - definitely check them out.
