Holiday rentals with a patio in Kulmbach

We were in the apartment shortly after Christmas with our children and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious and convenient to reach. The contact with Jonas and Tamara was very friendly and they even let us check in earlier. We will be happy to come back!

We spent one night passing through with Nicole and it was super pleasant. Just a few minutes walk to downtown. Unfortunately, however, close to the police and on a main road so that you have heard sirens again and again. However, the space in itself is spotless. Clean, spacious, everything available and even more. We stayed with our young daughter. There was not only a crib, but a small box of toys that she immediately liked. We can only recommend the place. It is really decorated and maintained with a lot of dedication.

The apartment was just perfect! It is very nice, modern and tidy, and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. The landlord is incredibly nice and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better stay. Highly recommend!

I was in Schwarzenbach during a weekend seminar. In the quiet, well-equipped apartment I was able to work well and relax. The landlord is a very friendly and reserved person and always available. It is nice that it is an apartment that is also used privately and not only for Arbnb. I will be happy to come back

The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter getaway - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with friends with Uta and her husband and were thrilled! Both are very friendly and helpful. The apartment offers enough space for four people, is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need. Our highlight was the permanent stove!

We spent 3 days as a small group in the very nice house of Ariane and Roman. The house is stylish and well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Right next door there is also a beautiful inn to stop in after an extended hike in the mountains. Communication with Ariane was completely straightforward and fast. Thanks for the wonderful time!

It was so amazing! We immediately felt totally comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and furnished with so much love. The amenities were really exceptional! We were there without children, but I think children would really love the large playground:) For us the location was also perfect - great hikes right nearby, yet shopping by car quickly accessible and wonderfully quiet location. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone, we will definitely be back :)) Thank you!

Jennifer is a lovely host. The apartment looks like the pictures, everything super clean and the kitchen has everything you want. Check-in was very easy and flexible. In the street you will always find a free parking space and also the paths by car to the sights are short. If I were to be back in Bayreuth, I would book the place again anytime! :)

The flat is very comfortably furnished and well appointed. Communication with Nina was very pleasant and straightforward, as was the arrival and departure. The nearby town of Weißenstadt was a bit extinct, most shops and cafes closed. But that was probably at the beginning of the year and is otherwise different. We did great hikes in the deep snowy forest and felt very comfortable. Thank you very much, dear Nina!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.

We stayed in the accommodation over New Year's Eve and had a very good time. It was very great to stay overall. The landlords were quickly accessible (the stove top had been spun around briefly with us and then quickly repaired thanks to on and off with the help of the landlord) and very helpful. In general, the apartment was overlapping very nicely spacious and large for 8 people. The only drawback we could note would be that the general advertisement Memmelsdorf says in it, which has a better connection but the apartment is still a little outside and since the connection is a bit worse. Maybe you could include this in the advertisement as an indication. Otherwise everything was great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you
