very nice house & location！

Located just behind a 7-Eleven, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly New and clean. Making it a comfortable spot to relax or grab a quick bite. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle, this spot is highly recommended. Whether you’re just passing by or looking for a consistent go-to place, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely worth a visit!

The apartment was located near Otsuka mrt, which is a convenient place to go towards Shibuya, Shinjuku station. Very quiet and peaceful area. Had a great time staying there

Accomodation is good value for money, I would recommend it if someone would like to stay in Asakusa. Location is in quiet place but close to the main attractions to Asakusa, family mart or 7/11 and train station. Inside the accomodation is very clean and beds are really comfy. We also had some snacks provided. you have everything you would need in kitchen and bathroom.

The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The location has many different restaurants and shopping malls and it's a 5 - 10 minutes walk to ikebukuro station which has alot of lines making it easy to travel to anywhere at tokyo

This is a very basic place to stay. No fancy furnishings. Clean and comfortable. About 10-12 minute walk to 2 subway lines and 2 stops away from Shinjuku. Very nice 24 hour grocery across the street. Skewer restaurant Yakitori Daikichi less than a block away was excellent with a friendly proprietor. Each bedroom has its own A/C-heat unit. We were very happy with our stay.

It was a great apartment for us and my son and his friend. Ample space for us all and very roomy! I would definitely recommend this place for a family or even a couple if you wanted the extra space!

Apartment was a nice little place. There was just enough space on the floor to put down the futon mattress. You'll have to utilize the space well if you have a lot of luggage but we made it work. Careful with putting too much weight on the sides of the bathtub as it can move around. Room is a little bit of a walk to nearby stations but isn't bad. A nice bonus we learned about after checking in, is the Wi-Fi unit in the room is portable and we were allowed to take it out with us. Motohiro was responsive and quite helpful. The room being self check-in was very convenient as our flight arrived later than planned and we had other plans which resulted us not checking in until around 1am. For check-out day, since Motohiro wasn't going to be cleaning the room until the evening, he offered for us to check out later (though already had plans on leaving early). Overall very good experience and would book with Motohiro again.
