We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were complete, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. The space fit our group of 16 comfortably, with plenty of room for everyone. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommended!

The team really looked after us and did lots of things to make us feel welcome. They communicated very clearly and promptly. We also felt very safe with the security service granting us entry / exit via the security gate. The staff also made our son feel very special by helping him to celebrate his Birthday. The facilities were very clean, and there was plenty of space. The pool was beautiful and warm and clean too. This was honestly one of the best experiences that we have had with Airbnb.

The house was so beautiful! Even nicer than the pictures. With big rooms and a large garden. The pool was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all wonderful. We had the seafood BBQ twice because it was so yummy. The location was a bit isolated but we didn’t mind because we loved just sitting by the pool. If you had your own transportation it wouldn’t be a problem.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is just fantastic and offered everything we imagined. Kadek and Comang, as well as the entire staff were extremely helpful and we felt very comfortable and very well cared for. Many thanks also to Putu, who supported us reliably and very kindly on all our tours. We hope to come back soon.

Great place to called home.

Excellent spot, perfectly located (very central but not noisy). The villa is also super nice and they took great care of us every day. When we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this villa — it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family holiday. The space was beautifully maintained and cleaned daily, which made everything feel fresh and relaxing throughout our stay. What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff — Mera, Diyah, and Puttu — were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make our mum’s birthday feel really special, and they were so warm with our children, who absolutely loved them. The host, Radit, was professional, responsive, and welcoming from the beginning - even helping me find a private chef! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. This villa truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to other families. We’d love to return one day!

Villa Smilla was absolutely gorgeous and looked even better in real life than it did in the photos. It was very clean and spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Mr G and Aditya were also extremely great hosts.

We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

The house was very nice, except for the fact that 2 nails protruded on the wood in front of the pool about 2-3 millimeters, unfortunately I hurt myself a bit. But that can always happen. Other than that, the house was very nice. The location is very far away from the action. But delivery services like Grab, also go there. We enjoyed the stay, but there were only three of us. The pool is nice and completely sufficient. Even with 8 people, everyone still has plenty of space there. The man who welcomed us on site is super friendly. Except for the location, it's a great house. Very important, just leave the insect killer on in the house. The mosquitoes were our constant companion. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. Lovely place and even with a group of 11 people, we still find it spacious! All bathrooms have ensuite bathroom. Host was super responsive even before we arrived in Bali. Daily sumptuous breakfast was also included during the stay (big portion)!! Place was clean and it just made you felt like home! Last but not least, it is super safe!! Definitely will come back again 👍

We had a family reunion at villa Elleo and the place worked exceptionally well. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Yanti and her team were exceptional. Nothing was too much. Plus loads of helpful hints from Jerry!! Totally would stay again. Didn’t want to leave.

This was the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful silence of Nyepi! With a motorbike, it’s just a short ride to the city center. The hospitality here was amazing. Such a warm and lovely place to stay!

Me and my wife stayed at Eric's villa in Ubud. We were pleased with the teams ability to respond quickly to our concerns as we lost electricity at one point. What we thought was going to be a difficult experience turned out really well because of how quickly they were able to get things fixed. We had no other issues the remainder of the stay. They also did a great job keeping the villa clean for us. The location is exactly as advertised. The view of the rice fields is great and the private location allows for peaceful hours during the day and night. We had a great view of fire works for the new year if anyone happens to stay during this time. Overall, our family was pleased with the villa experience and would stay again.

Just as in pictures. The villa had a nice and clean pool, and very good daily cleaning service. Laundry service 10 meters from the entrance was very convenient. Great locations for walking to shops and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to the beach.

We loved our stay at villa padma. Yuli the housekeeper is very helpful and caring. The pool and garden are like a dream come true. Everything you need is there. Love to come back one day.

We had a complete amazing stay here for 5 days. The house is perfectly decorated and with a lovely pool and outdoor area between the rooms. The staff was super sweet and welcoming and everything could say. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. We give our best recommendations for this beautiful place and will definitely come back.
