Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kuala Muda District

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Amenities are super well stocked including pantry items, hairdryer and extra pillows. Just that the pillows may be too soft for our personal preference but all provided for & good. Hot water shower is excellent & never ran out of hot water. Place is super clean which is most important to us. Will book again!

love the location. host was really great. note that parking is not free and daily rate is $10 and if you go in and out, you will have to pay hourly rate. you will share building with other rental resorts also.

fantastic location with lots of hawker places to pick from. walking to the esplanades to enjoy the sea views was our highlight of our stay. Charles place is so nice and clean, feels so airy and bright with everything you need provided when we arrived. his attention to details made our stay feels right at home. highly recommended!

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment ideally located close to the beach, shops and restaurants and with a bus stop right outside the door. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including an excellent infinity pool. All of the hosts we dealt with were helpful, friendly and communicative. We would happily stay there again.

terrace house but deco ala2 apartment/condo ready to have a bathtub, and there are toys for the kids to play, just stay 1 night, if it's 2 nights sure to enjoy!

You felt right at home when you checked in. Love all about this home. Mairaz is indeed superhost. They provide the strong Wifi, you can work from this home. (wfh), you can do laundry, you can drink from the filtered water. aircind, water pressure all are good. thanks Mairaz.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway with the family. Great for big family gatherings! The place was so cosy! And the amenities are conducive.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly accommodating my request for an early check-in due to an emergency and even allowing a late check-out. The house itself is HUGE, perfect for our group of 8 people. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed, especially the washing machine and dryer, which were a huge plus. The Coway water purifier was a nice touch as well! The place is extremely clean and neat, making it very comfortable to stay in. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of food options nearby. I highly recommend this place – it’s perfect for a big group and made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Very, very highly recommended!

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

Had stayed at Landmark and Mansion One through other booking apps and by far this is the best unit came across. The unit is spacious and clean. Lifts all worked well and water pressure is strong. Having a separate dryer in the unit is a rare find in Malaysia. The only complaint is parking both in the basement and surrounding is not free. Spent RM16 one night to park in the basement. Car park around shops under MBPP is chargeable too. Can be a hefty sum for those who drive. Overall is a very nice place for family.

Chong is verry nice host. Verry friendly, kind person, fast respond and verry helpfull. He helps us from the first time we reach. The house is super clean, everything is complete. Soap, shampoo, house cleaner, etc. I love to stay there. I love the swimming pool. So nice and big. And also got fitness center. So we can always go to gym. Location is also nice. Verry quite. But i love the surround. If you want to buy something to eat you can direct go to Lotus. It’s only 5 minutes by walking. Everything is cheap. You can buy grocerry. And also got foodcourt. You can buy food, MCD, BurgerKing,or Sushi. And it’s not far a way to go anywhere. For example it’s take 10 minutes to go to Shooping Center Gurney Mall. I defenetly coming back there. I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Has everything you need. The by the sea complex is wonderful. The balcony at weimeis place has great views of the beach and mountains. Great to watch sunset.

Helpful and responsive host. Great location with many restaurants nearby, and also Lotus ( Tesco) at walking distance for grocery shopping.

By the sea is a lovely development with a beautiful pool, great access to the beach, lots of tasty and great value places to eat nearby. Chris’s apartment is well furnished and comfortable-but the beds were rather too hard for our liking. Upon arrival there was no glassware available but Chris ensured newly purchased glasses were delivered to our apartment before the evening was through. Also he was super helpful in arranging the return of phone charges we had mistakenly left behind upon checkout. A great stay.

Christine is very responsive and helpful. She assisted for the check in well and unit is clean. Would recommend her unit anytime!
