We had rented both apartments for our family gathering. The easy access via code was very helpful for the back and forth. The rooms are large and friendly, the bathrooms very modernly furnished. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a larger group, and with a little buzz we all had space at the large table. The email contact with Julia was friendly and informative. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation is very suitable for 2-4 people, is perfectly equipped incl. Bedding and towels, dish towels, spices in the kitchen, filter paper, oil and vinegar, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Anton is a very reliable host who takes care of the well-being of his guests at any time of day and fulfills all wishes. I'd love to come back;-)

What a lovely apartment, beautiful surroundings and very friendly hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at Mandlwand Lodge. The mountain views are amazing, the river running outside is so relaxing with plenty of comfy seating and dining areas outside, and a small playground and sandpit in the garden area. We also had loved our balcony too for breakfast with a view! The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen equipment was well stocked, and it was quiet at night time. Maikel and Brigitta were so friendly, gave us lots of tips where to visit, as it was our first time to the area. The Sommercard is excellent, for free cable cars. Mülbach am Hochkonig is a very family friendly area with lots of playparks, children's hiking trails and plenty of things to do close by. We loved the Toni's children trail, from the Karbachalm cable cars. It took just over an hour from Salzburg, easy drive on the motorway, or slightly longer through the towns and villages, which is a very pretty route

We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

Stay here if you can! We loved everything about this place! It’s a beautiful, modern, clean and cozy apartment on the second floor. From the large dining room/ living room window you have an AMAZING view of the green valley that sweeps its way up the mountains (that were snow-covered for us in mid-Sept) and you also can see Sprechenstein Castle! Just WOW! The beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and all furnishings were new and comfortable. It’s a very quiet neighborhood anyway, but the home seems almost soundproof as well, which meant great sleep at night! It was unseasonably chilly so we didn’t use the nice deck off the living room. You are close enough to walk to the old town center of Vipiteno Sterzing with charming shops and restaurants and Torre delle Dodici (the cool granite clock tower.) There are grocery stores close by too. This apartment is one of favorite AirBnB places now.

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely explained. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically only a few minutes away by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace or by bike/walking the beautiful area. We will remember this weekend for a long time!
