great cabin in fantastic terrain in Telemark

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. Law of animals upon agreement. Felle has an amazing hiking area, for big and small, summer and winter. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Welcome to the Gåsvannshytta, a hidden gem only 30 min from Kragerø. The cabin is peacefully on a toll road, so you can be by yourself. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.
