Holiday rentals with a pool in Köyceğiz

Thank you Andy & Karen for letting us stay at your villa. Communication with Andy from the initial booking till we checked out was fantastic. The villa was absolutely beautiful & exactly as described. The pool was cleaned daily & the villa had everything needed for a great stay. Andy gave us details on how to book taxis to get around & places to eat in town. We went to the turtle beach 3 times during our stay which was a great day out. If you are looking for a nice villa with a fantastic pool & scenery in a quiet area but not too far from the town then this is the place to book. Andy & Karen made our stay so enjoyable & I would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you once again Andy for everything xx

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

Trains and Yusuf are hosts as one cannot ask for better. I communicated with trains via W.h.a.t.s.A.p.p., I was able to talk to your husband briefly from car to car. Both are super friendly and always have a tip ready. Sure, I'd love to come back :) Thank you both

The location of the house was nice and 5 minutes to Dalyana. The house was nice and clean. If I come back, I'll definitely want to stay

Love Love Love!!! I can't recommend enough. Melanie was an amazing host and was always just a message away. Everything was as described and just what we needed. The villa was peaceful and situated in a beautiful location. I can't believe how easy the walk into town was! We are already looking at coming back - thanks for having us :)

We stayed here for 11 nights and had such a fantastic time. The villa is better than advertised, we all really enjoyed ourselves and would certainly return. The villa is extremely well equipped, and in a great location, walkable to town. Dalyan is very flat, so it's an easy walk. Valentin is an excellent host and responds immediately to messages. We would certainly return!

We had a wonderful ten days in Mert's villa. Lovely pool, peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It's a short walk into town and there's a small supermarket a five minute walk away. Communication with Mert was easy; he responded quickly to any questions or requests we had, including organising transfers to and from the airport.

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

Just back from a 2 week stay at the amazing lemon suite apartments. The apartment is fantastic -home from home with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable and easy when self catering. On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean throughout with fresh towels , spare linen and anything else you could possibly need. The pool area and gardens are really well maintained with comfortable outdoor furniture for sunbathing . Doga was a great host she met us on arrival to hand over the keys and answer any questions we needed to know about the apartment. She also kindly arranged our airport transfers for us to and from Dalyan . Her response time to any queries we had whilst booking and on holiday was within minutes and very helpful. Brilliant holiday hopefully we will be back in 2025 👍
