Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kowloon City District

Today is the last day in Hong Kong, thank you for taking care of the beautiful landlady these few days, next time I come to Hong Kong, I will stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Like the other reviews, Sam is slow to respond. The place is decent, bed is long enough for 2 people under 5"5. You might get confused at first but yes, it is in Mirador building. It's a unit within the housing building. There are many shops located below and it's within the heart of the city. MTR TST is literally downstairs. If you need toiletries they provide the basic toiletries. They have a hairdryer. You might want to bring your own towel though, they only have the disposable ones.

We had a great stay! May was very accomodating!! Treats you like family and ensures your whole stay is good. She even gave us souvenirs. The room is clean, has good AC and water heater. We’ll be staying here again if we ever go to Hong Kong.

The location is great! Walking distance to many tourists attractions. Many great restaurants nearby. Mi is easy to communicate. Check in was easy.

I rested comfortably. I had a good rest. Nomu Tulu Tru, Hwaku, Hwaku, and Mule is over Nyao.

Lisa is very responsive to my messages and very kind and patient. She even tried her best to accommodate our request to check in slightly early (1 hour earlier) and provided accurate instructions. just follow her instructions and you will be fine. the building is just outside of Yau Ma Tei MTR exit A2, on your right, really just outside. you can see it immediately after exit from the MTR. the unit is a bit small but this is what you can expect in Hong Kong but good enough to cater for 10 of us (7 adults & 3 kids). Downstairs you will find a good local restaurant. Overall we are happy with our stay, great experience to local lifestyle.

I think this place is a gem. It's hard to find many bedrooms with 2 functional bathrooms in this busy area. The place is pretty spacious for our family of 6. The location isn't bad neither. The check-in instructions were clear, although there was a slight issue getting in at first, but everything went smoothly afterward. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Hong Kong.

The accommodation was excellent. We had a great time at the accommodation, and we would like to stay there again if we visit Hong Kong next time. I especially liked the quick response and kindness of the hosts.

Host is very responsive, friendly, and very accurate with the instructions. He is also kind. He even let us stay even after check-out time due to heavy rainfall. The place is easy to find and is in a very good location especially for transportation going to different tourist spot. Very great stay. 🥰❤

We had a fantastic experience staying at Gordon’s place in Mongkok. From the very start, he was incredibly patient and responsive to all of our questions. We were coming from Macau in the middle of the night, and Gordon even went out of his way to help us with the bus directions, which made our arrival so much easier. There were a couple of situations where we felt bad for troubling him, but he was always quick to help. When there was a power interruption caused by an overload in one of the plugs, Gordon came over to explain that it was part of the unit’s preventive measures. He was very thorough in his explanation and made sure everything was working properly. Another time, we thought we were locked out because the door wouldn’t open, even though we had the right code. Gordon arrived promptly, checked it out, and discovered that a shoe was stuck in the way, preventing the door from fully opening. He fixed it in no time and assured us everything was fine. The unit itself is perfect!

Had a nice stay. Host was responsive. And the neighborhood was great! Seamless experience and more or less as advertised. Can't ask for much more. I would just note that we were 4 guests and it was a tight squeeze. Not an issue just something to be aware of - i think you'd be hard pressed to find as comfortable an arrangement in a neighborhood like this in HK for similar value

Host was very attentive, provided treats and water. She always responded quickly whenever I ask. Location was very convenient located between 2 MTR lines. The apartment was very clean, lots of towels and extra linen and pillows provided. I would highly recommend.

If youre looking for convenient place to stay within metro HK then Wing’s place is right on the spot! Literally 4-5steps away from MTR exit A! And just 5minutes walk from A21 Bus Stop! I cant over emphasize how conveniently located it is. There’s a lot of restaurants outside, 7Eleven is just 1minute walk and oh did I mention that there’s a Hospital pass 7Eleven? I mean, in case of emergency you dont have to worry much. Senior & Kid friendly place and location. We’ll surely book here again on our next HK vacation! Great location to stay for short trip. The place is small as expected in HK. Everything is fine except the sound proof through window is poor. Downstairs neighbor having party on new year eve is clearly can hear through out the night. Anyway, we enjoyed staying at this tiny yet cosy place.

One of the best place i have stayed. Responsive Host Well accomodating Host Location is perfect; 1. near malls 2. near restaurant and convinience store 3. a small walk to the train station that a senior of 74 years old can do 4. Have 3 elevator 5. We are Family of 5 and the place is great enough compare to others. (2 senior, 3 adults) 6. near bank for atm transactions. 7. fast wifi 8. have microwave, utensils and so on that are medium to high class from durability to usage. 9. place is well secure at night with guard on duty and outer door. 10. have travel adaptor and extension wire 11. have washing machine (although we did not use it) there is much more good things to say. over all great place to stay.

We have no complaints. The place is very tiny yes, but it’s clean and the hosts are wonderful. They will clean everyday if you want and do done laundry for you. It’s truly the Hong Kong experience. If you’re planning on staying in the room for more then sleeping maybe it’s not for you. If you will be out all day it’s perfect. Jordan station platform B1 is literally other width of the sidewalk away from the entrance. From that station you can get anywhere very quickly. We did all hikes, island and Macao. Very easy to commute.

Pros: 1. In Hong Kong, this two-bedroom apartment is considered relatively spacious and comfortable. 2. The mattress is hard enough to sleep comfortably. 3. Austin MTR station - 8 minutes walk. 4. PARKnSHOP Supermarket - 5 minutes walk 5. Red Tea Cafe (address: King's Court, 65-75 Wai Ching St, Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong) - 6 minutes walk. I almost went there daily for breakfast - HKD $39. Breakfast is very good with very good Hong Kong milk tea. 6. Yau Ma Tei Wholesale Fruit Market - 16 minutes walk. Some fruits are from Japan and other countries. 7. The building is very safe with 24-hr security at the lobby. 8. The building has its own shuttle to Austin MTR and Kowloon MTR station every 30 minutes up to 9:30 pm on weekdays and 10:30 pm on weekends. 9. 2-in-1 washer and dryer is easy to use, take an hour to wash; dryer can completely dry clothes and towels. 10. Enough Kleenex and bathroom tissues. Cons: 1. There is construction nearby. So there are some places to take a detour.

Great place to stay, very conveniently located near the train, shops, and restaurants. The host is super responsive, always answer my questions within minutes. This home is in a very safe residential community and I feel very safe coming back late at night. I would recommend this place to others.

I felt like we were actually living in Hong Kong at this airbnb. The aesthetics of this airbnb immersed us in Hong Kong culture and way of life. Instructions to get into the airbnb are simple and straight forward. Make sure you get on the odd numbered elevator. The unit is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need to live day to day life, such as a laundry machine. In a country where space is a premium, we were able to store all the luggages and comfortably catch up with relatives at this airbnb. The beds are clean and cozy and the location was quiet enough for restful sleep. It's within walking distance to many conveniences, such as the MTR station, ladies market, and many stores. You can go down and grab coffee and baos in the morning. A walk away from the Mong Kok rail station, we were able to get to Lantau Island quickly via public transportation. If you ever wanted to experience living in Hong Kong as a resident I highly recommend this airbnb as your first choice.
