Holiday rentals with a kayak in Kotor Municipality

Maja was very helpful. She went through the process with clear instructions and politeness. She provided flexibility of time upon check-out. I left there with relief and would definitely come back one day. Thank u for having me. I had the most wonderful time.

We really enjoyed staying in Dobrota. The house was located close to the beach with beautiful stone piers. Darko showed us the house and helped us quickly when we had issues with the warm water.

Gina’s place is the nicest stay I’ve had at an Airbnb. Dejan goes out of his way to help with local information and how to get around. Even setting up WiFi on my phone. Everything and more has been provided. Such a perfect setting to enjoy the sea and mountains The sea can be heard lapping against the terrace. The terrace has been turned into a perfect , private , secluded , romantic place with lights, candles and voile curtains. Breakfast al fresco every morning.! Watching the sky dim at night then sunset here with a mountain backdrop will be my lasting memory. I can’t thank Dejan and his wife enough. Such lovely people. 10 stars⭐️

Beautiful house, wonderful location, great host!

The apartment was large, modern and very comfortable. There is a large terrace and a garden. Uros met us and showed us everything, and was friendly and very forthcoming with recommendations. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the old town, with a bakery just a few steps away. Kotor itself is a beautiful destination. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The house with the most beautiful view to stay in the Kotor Tivat region is a peaceful, immaculately clean, friendly Tamara host, we were very satisfied with our family's kayak house, it was a free host and offered wine, thanks to Tamara, I would like to be in the same view again, love Tamara🌸💙

If you’re looking for a stay around Kotor Bay, this is the perfect place. Djordje and Jasna are the best hosts and are extremely welcoming when you arrive - you may even get a sweet treat at some point in the stay if you’re lucky. With access to a private beach, you’ll have picture-perfect views of the sea and mountains. The hosts even let us use their kayak! We can’t recommend this apartment enough. Prcanj itself is a great village to stay in, with a bakery, supermarket and a couple of fantastic restaurants on the waterfront - it has a quieter vibe to Kotor and does not (yet) feel overrun by coach loads of tourists. It is also arguably prettier than other towns, retaining an authentic feel in its architecture.

Our stay at Filip's apartment was lovely. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the bay. Filip met us when we arrived and his recommendations for cafes and restaurants were great. He also referred us to a car rental company that provided great service. For those people with mobility issues, please be aware that the walk from the beach area to the apartment is quite steep. Aside from that, we highly recommend Filip's apartment!
