Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Kotayk Province

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Great apartment where you can feel like home. Convenient communications, good kitchen, great bathroom. The main advantage is the walking distance to anywhere.

Everything was great!

First of all, the room is very clean and tidy, the location is also very good to find, it is not far from the center and other tourist attractions, there are also ATMs and supermarkets nearby.The interior of the house also has furniture like refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine etc to use, I can only say that everything should be there. The host's service was also very attentive and quick to respond to messages, always helped us with transportation issues from our arrival in Yerevan, once we got to the room, the host introduced us to the house and supplies, was very patient!It also made our trip to Yerevan much smoother.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Exactly as published. The place is cozy, very clean, and includes everything you would normally need. The city center is within walking distance (about 15 minutes). A positive experience and I would stay here again next time I'm in Yerevan.

Mamikons place is a cozy cabin right next to the beach of Sevan. It's in short distance to the city and the host is very kind and helpful, he even offered to drive me to the bus station. I had a very nice stay and recommend it to everybody who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sevan.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a spacious hallway, kitchen, divided into 2 parts: cooking area and dining area. There is a gas tile. There is a laundry rope outside the window. A table in the kitchen for 5 people. Also comfortable for work: there is a socket nearby. Wifi is good by the way. All my video conferencing was great. The bedroom also has 2 seating areas: a bed and a sofa with a coffee table. Combined bathroom. Nearby there is a 24-hour store Kaiser, pharmacies, bus stops and a cafe. The city center is 15 minutes by taxi by taxi.

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
