We had a wonderful stay at Bartosz's place! The house was absolutely lovely, cozy, and incredibly well-kept, with a breathtaking view that was even more stunning with the autumn colors. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting by the window, taking in the scenery and relaxing. Bartosz was a fantastic host—friendly, communicative, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the season.

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. The rooms are so lovingly designed, you feel comfortable all around:) See you soon!!

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

We had a great stay. The owners were very kind and accommodating, both for check-in and checkout. The cottage is very beautiful, cozy. We enjoyed our stay. There is a viewer in the surroundings of the cottage. We recommend it!

We were looking for something quiet for New Year's Eve in a group with dog. Luckily, the whole country was under a frozen layer. Everything looked like in fairytale, white and frosty, for 3 days. We immediately felt at home and the amenities were nice and clean and in the cottage style as we like it. Shopping was possible with the car nearby and the place was super quiet on New Year's Eve. Above the field you could see the other villages at 0:00 am, which was still not too noisy for people and animals (we are coming from the city). Everyone was satisfied, gladly again ❄️✨

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the house. Everything was perfect. A very large and beautiful house with an interesting interior. There were all the amenities: grill, fire pit, terrace and large balcony. The owner even arranged jacuzzi for us which was very pleasant. We will definitely come back here in the summer when we can swim in the pool.

Great place for the whole family and plenty of space. It even looked a little bigger than the pictures. Great location and quiet. In the evening for a small tour you can go to Heinrichsburg. Would come back.

I would highly recommend this place! :-) It's very cozy! I was very torn back and forth every evening, whether I go to the restaurant or prefer something self-cooked in front of the oven fire. The place is just out of town, less than 10 minutes walk. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. It was very clean and tidy. The host ensures the utmost comfort. I would book again.

The location is perfect for reaching the beautiful MTB trails at Singltrek pod Smrkem. Fanda has a secure garage for storing bikes, and we could even clean them in the garden after long rides. Fanda and his mother were incredibly responsive and happily accommodated all our small requests. Highly recommend for any mountain biking enthusiasts—this spot has everything you need!

Totally chic apartment. Great bed and dream bath. The only drawback is for guests who want to cook the missing sink in the kitchenette. The dish for washing up is only semi-practical! Parking on the property. And you should remember the code for the key vault. I didn't find it anymore when I checked out on the app, but thank God.

Our stay was great. Sadly, we only spent two nights there, but would definitely come again for more. I wouldn't exactly say the house is remote, it is located in the city center after all, but it was great nonetheless. Thanks!

Very nice location. Quiet places off the beaten path, at the same time to Pec and the center of Velka Upa you can walk. Ski bus stop available under the property by footbridge. Due to the large amount of equipment (we went cross country skiing and downhill skiing), we were missing a bit of space to store it and change our shoes.

The house and the place have a very nice charm. The location of the house is very quiet yet not from the world. We have used the stay for countless excursions in the border triangle and could add another 3 weeks and look at other exciting destinations. The surroundings are ideal for long walks, which our dog also really liked. Luisa gave good tips and was always quickly accessible. We were also very happy about the surprise! It's really a super cozy and charming place. the interior is very nice and with fire in the oven and snow outside we really had a slow and relaxing cabin time. the area is very quiete and you can do walks around the old village. the next bigger town is 15min with the car. Piotr was super nice and easy to communicate to. so i really can recommend that place.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing stay. Parking is also available directly. Everything you need is nearby and easy to reach.

Really nicely designed place, we felt there like at home and the surrounding nature and nearby services in the area are also great!

We had very nice days. The fireplace, sauna and hot tub are really great. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the heater was quite loud. A note at the beginning would have been nice and not only on request. We also found some dust cloud and dog hair under the sofa. With small children who play constantly on the floor, not so nice. Departing at 9am with small children is also difficult. Overall, we are still satisfied. Thank you.
