Holiday houses in Koogi

My friend and I came for a winter visit to Tallinn. I wanted to stay in the Old Town, close to the sights. The location of Marju’s place is unbeatable! Close for taxi/Bolt drop off and pick up but in the heart of Old Town. The place was clean and chalk full of amenities and supplies. Marju had a wonderful guest book with great suggestions for restaurants in the area. And Marju was very responsive with any questions. We had a slight problem with the smell in the bathroom because of the changing weather and old pipes in the building. Marju did her best to offer suggestions that helped. We also had trouble controlling the temperature in the shower but figured out that we needed to set the temperature before the water pressure made it difficult to turn the temperature knob. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Marju’s place. I would return.

Tomi is a very helpful and friendly host! His place is superb and safe in the old town. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. The place is good for family visits too.

This is a great place to spend time in pleasant company and in a quiet place. I can rate this house 10 out of 10. Everything was at the top. We really liked everything, we will recommend this place to our friends and will definitely come back again.

A perfect place for a quiet break, but easily accessible from Tallinn to the bus or a bolt or taxi. We might have wanted another curtain in front of the front door to have a little more privacy, because the glass front goes out to a small street. Otherwise, we can only warmly recommend this place to everyone!

It was our second visit and like before it was a very cozy place with a spacious terrace, sauna house and excellent barbecue grill. The house was perfectly clean, very well equipped and organized, you have all the equipment to cook and dine. Sauna was perfect for up to 5-6 people, two showers, place to sit and cool down after and everything looks clean and fresh. Would come here back a third time.

A really nice little summer cottage, easily accessible, nice bathroom and also otherwise tastefully furnished. Great beds. That the bedrooms are not really separated from each other, we already knew from the reviews before and did not bother us further. The beautiful terrace with barbecue facilities is also great. And if the weather is nice, you eat outside and don't miss a table inside. The only point of criticism remains the limited blackout option in the bedroom. We would still book it again right away.

We had a perfect evening and nightl at this place. Alice and Mart were ready to help us with all the questions when we had to change dates of our trip for some reasons. House was super clean, view from sauna is awesome. Also the lake is in 25 meters from backyard and you can swim there even in the winter. This place is quite and secluded so in a bad weather road to the house can be a bit messy. Alice and Mart let us know about it in advance, so we were ready cause we came after a rainy day. Everything was perfect! Thank you Alice and Mart!

I absolutely loved this place! Tremendous location. Right above a mall. So whatever you might want to shop for, and didn't feel like packing is right there. Old town is a 8 min walk at most. beautiful window view. I loved everything about this place. When we come back to visit the wife's family again, I will definitely try and book this place again.

Olavi's place is great! The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are all beautiful. The bathroom is especially nice. The unit is also in a great location for sightseeing. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Tallinn.

We really enjoyed staying at Katherin's place. The apartment is brand new and we found everything that we needed for our short stay. It is not located in the city center, but the public transportation was enough and we enjoyed the calmer vibe of Põhjala factory.
