Organic house meadow, quiet idyll near city, parking

The organic vacation home "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both can be booked together for at least 6 people, see also "Biohaus Landl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who, for example, like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy off-grid.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans.
