Good location. Walkable to just about everywhere but apart from restaurants and shops enough to be quiet.

We stayed with Lisa for an extended weekend. The apartment is centrally located and is exactly as described, the roof terrace is the highlight of the whole apartment. Glad to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and offered everything you need for the stay. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment is a the end of a sink so with our car we had difficulties driving back up the hill with snow and ice, but thankfully our hosts helped us with the situation. One should not have a problem though with a standard all-wheel drive vehicle. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a beautiful space, great location, and exceptional hosting made for an unforgettable stay.

Nice apartment with big balcony and near public transport.

It was a very nice stay, though not big, the apartment has all that is necessary for a good stay (even coffeemachine, for example :) . The internet connection is excellent. Agnes was very attentive and made sure I could find everything I needed. The location is also very nice, you have fields to walk around within 20 minutes drive from the center of Zurich.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Estelle was very communicative and helpful with any question i had.

Liebe Christine You have prepared an extremely warm welcome for us. lovingly prepared with homemade cookies, chocolate, coffee, mineral water, etc. even for the dog there was a welcome gift. We were very relaxed. We were allowed to enjoy this very much and can only recommend a stay in the very spacious premises. The view of the historic city and Papieri is great and we were able to explore the city tiptop, which definitely surprised us... A huge thank you!

The overnight stay with Vanessa's family was great, I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Everything was taken care of, the location is super, quiet and lightning clean - and the breakfast lovingly prepared, even with homemade jam. Bonus were cute units with the family dog!

We enjoyed staying at Annina's place very much! We like to heat with wood and it was no problem to keep the place warm. But thick socks or slippers are certainly a good idea. The hotpot was great, it was already super heated when we arrived!

Here, people with a lot of love for the former building substance and details were at work: The monument convinces from A to Z. We felt very comfortable and left the mill with slight nostalgia. It was great to end the last days of the old year here and drive home with fresh thoughts. The weather meant it well with us: It was almost always sunny and there was even snow. But even if that would not have been the case: There are various beautiful reading corners in the monument and there are no books or games missing. Eva responded to everything very warmly and promptly and we felt very welcome.

My stay exceeded expectations. Dieter is a wonderful host and a lovely person. He always goes the extra mile for a guest. I had a really relaxing weekend in a beautiful, sophisticatedly decorated house. The cleanliness of the whole place was pixel perfect and I slept like a rock in the huge bed. I would be very happy to come back someday.

The host was very friendly and accommodating,really great. She even picked us up downstairs at the parking lot. We enjoyed this stay very much in the middle of nature. S10 is in 21 minutes directly on Bahnhofstrasse.

Comfortable living with five people in two bedrooms (in case of need sixth person on the sofa), good location between trade fair and lake, but street itself rather boring. Bakery and Lidl in walking distance. Nice hostess. Clean, sufficiently and conveniently equipped. Recommendation!

It was really great To stay there. Catrin was very solicit and showed us around. The place definitely requires you to have a car. The house can host big groups but some ppl will sleep in the living rooms that the house have. Overall, the kitchen was well equipped and we could make most stuff we wanted.

My husband and I were in Switzerland to visit family and friends and the location of Franz Josef's apartment was very convenient for us to do this. Frequent transport possibilities are close by with supermarkets and shopping just a few stops away. The clean and bright apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated. Clear written instructions and labels were provided. A well equipped kitchen enabled preparation of almost any kind of meal. Excellent wi-fi and big screen tv, along with modern appliances made it a very pleasant stay. The only negative would have been the construction noise going on at the hospital over the road during the day, which is not something that can be blamed on Franz Josef. However, nights and weekends were very quiet and there is a pleasant view from the balcony over the nearby hills and park. We would definitely recommend staying at Franz Josef's apartment.
