House holiday rentals in Königssee

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We spent a week in the apartment and felt super comfortable. We had an issue with the sauna, which was taken care of immediately and everything was in the way that we could use the facility again quickly. We also felt incredibly comfortable with Sandra's incredibly warm nature! And knew she has an open ear for all our concerns! In addition: super equipped apartment in which we lacked absolutely nothing!

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

Beautiful home and beautiful view! We loved our stay and Tanja & Markus were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay outside the city center.

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We spent the Christmas season with our daughters (6 and 7 years) in this beautiful house. The house was sparkling clean, beautiful and decorated in a Christmas mood. The sauna and hot tub were just horny and we could relax. Very recommended. Thank you so much Christof.

We spent the Christmas season with the family (10 adults + 2 children) in Christian and Alrike's accommodation. Communication before, during and after the trip was excellent. No questions remained unanswered. We found everything as described. The icing on the cake: Christian and Alrike gave us a 🎄 Christmas tree. Kerstin and Karolin's cottage leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Large rooms with lots of space , everything very clean and great garden to romp and play. The location is fantastic , very close to the Saalach located in a quiet residential area. Directly from the house you can start great hikes / cycling tours. We arrived with 2 children ( baby and 3-year-old) and were greeted very warmly with many tips. During our stay, our hosts were always very quickly accessible. Both arrival and departure and communication were uncomplicated and absolutely warm. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to come back.

The apartment is huge. Super comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom had double sink and a great tube with shower. The parking space is attached to the apartment which is a plus when it’s snowing. It has it all.

We stayed in this cottage for the second time with three couples and will definitely be back! ☺️ Everything worked out smoothly and you feel right at home in the accommodation!

We liked the house very much – spacious, well equipped and quiet. The bedrooms are large, comfortable, with sinks, comfortable mattresses, etc. On the ground floor there is a cozy common room with oven and large table where we spent together every evening. The kitchen is outstanding – it offers everything: dishes, cutlery, spices, basic products, kettle, coffee maker and more. The house is warm, the heating can be adjusted, and there are ways to dry ski clothes. Outside there is a terrace with BBQ and a fire bowl with seating – the evenings there were particularly romantic. The location is perfect: only 15-20 minutes to the ski slopes and 7 minutes to shops and pharmacies. A big thank you to the host Emanuel – he is extremely helpful, generous, quick to respond, and takes care of everything you need. There were sweets, snacks, and drinks to welcome you. Our time here was fantastic - 100% recommended!

We had a lovely stay. We were 5 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is super fully furnished. The garage for the car was also great with the frost and snow.

A great home with a great atmosphere and design. Fully equipped with clean linens. There were a few cobwebs, but it doesn't affect the overall very positive impression. We were 6 days and it was warm and nice. Despite the flooding problems, we felt cared for and calm. Highly recommend!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Sabine’s home was the perfect place for our family to spend our Christmas holiday in Munich. The house is gorgeous and spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and take advantage of the outdoor space more in warmer seasons. Sabine was a delight to communicate with. She was very helpful and inviting.

House is situated in lovely and peaceful location. It has a nice garden with a creek. The house is fairly old and feels more like mountain cottage, but bathroom is newly renovated and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We loved staying at this house

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality It was really nice to stay with you.
