We felt very comfortable, safe and at home in May's cozy flat. Quiet surroundings and in a good location.

We had a great family holiday spending time in the pool, at the nearby beaches, walking to the great cafe around the corner, and enjoying the space in the house. Very comfortable, lots of books and games for older kids especially. Clean and tidy, practical house setup, most things you would need were provided. Thank you for a lovely time, we would happily have spent longer there if we could!

This was a spectacular experience. The walk to the beaches was very exploring. Hilde was very welcoming & knowledgeable. My family and I had a great time during our stay. Great house and location. Perfect for Our return visit to Sydney after living here for years. House is very well equipped and chic. Neighbour quiet at night and fun in day. Only mild issue was lack of blinds in one of the bedrooms, so if you are a light sensitive sleeper bring an eye mask. Otherwise fantastic place and would Book Again.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. I'd highly recommend this for travelling families or tour groups seeking a comfortable, spacious and very homely accommodation. Pool was a hit with my team of youth rugby players !

What an amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, all the effort made to make us feel welcomed and comfortable was obvious. Lots of towels, access to pantry and fridge, candles lit and fresh flowers. The styling was so beautiful in every room, even the bathrooms! Was great location for privacy and close to relatives. Communication with Judy was great and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at Yj’s place! Beautiful house, great air con and amenities. The bbq wasn’t cleaned for use which was the only slight thing but we didn’t have plans to use it so we didn’t bother to get in touch about it. If we did I’m sure it would have been sorted asap as Yj was super responsive and friendly. We needed a cot for our 9 month old baby and he had one bought brand new for our stay. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you!

Beautiful house throughout has everything you need, location is perfect you can walk to restaurant's, public transport and just down the road is a beautiful view of the Sydney harbour bridge and the city a perfect spot to take a picnic. The street is very quite which makes the location very relaxing. One thing to be mindful of the internal stair case is steep and narrow not the best for elderly or little children. Great place to stay and very easy to find. Hosts are very attentive and always responsive. Nice quiet area of the city with great parks close by. We were staying at this home for an event and this was the perfect place for our group of friends. There were a couple of glitches but the hosts are very proactive, always wanting to offer whatever assistance they can.

Excellent host with personal touches and very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to do a lot of walking and the place was within walking distance of nearest beaches.

I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like a local in Bondi. It’s surround by the best coffee shops, market & restaurants. The place is very inviting with a kitchen that leads into a lovely backyard. Most of our dinners were spent outside. I loved this place & will stay again.

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

We initially faced a few issues when we moved into this accommodation, but Robbie promptly addressed and resolved them with remarkable professionalism and helpfulness. His exceptional service makes this place highly recommendable, and I would confidently give it a five-star rating.

Friendly host. Quiet location. Clean rooms and bathroom. Clean towels & linen. Good kitchen. Near by shopping centre- walkable distance. Garage space will fit a family van less than 2.1m height. Facilities and rooms - as shown in the photos. Good wifi.

The host is very responsive! He left the light on knowing we would be arriving late. He was always available and even looked out his residence (from of building) and came out to say hello and ask if we needed anything. The inside of the Airbnb is uniquely decorated with his business decor (he ran a furnishing company) great stay. Only thing to be aware of is that the unit is at the back of the building so need to go upstairs and move luggage to back. The host was kind enough to let us park at the back on the driveway to make it easier for us to load our suitcases.

My guests enjoyed the stay. They felt very comfortable and it was very convenient for me to go pick them up and drop them off. The house was very clean and tidy.

We absolutely loved this place! It is decorated very nicely with a beach vibe. It’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, cafe’s, etc. we traveled from overseas and appreciated the beach towels and other amenities, the booklet with restaurant recommendations and so forth. Amelia is an excellent host, very responsive, and her house has everything you need! Thank you!!

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️
