The reviews really don’t lie, this is quite simply one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! The place and location is stunning, it’s equipped with all the amenities you could ever need and more and the private onsen is just perfect! Also location wise it’s really well located to the main Hakone attractions with a bus stop just a few steps down the road, meaning you can rely on public transport if you wish. The hosts communication is excellent and they really go above and beyond with little extras to make the stay more comfortable and personal to you. We stayed for three nights and honestly, nothing else on our trip will compare. We highly recommend a stay here!

I have had the privilege to travel to a variety of places around the world. This was the most impressive airbnb I have ever stayed at. The pictures do not to it justice. The host picked us up at the bus stop which was really great. He walked us around the unit explaining every little amenity. He was so responsive and helpful, especially with helping us order taxi's (no rideshare in the area, so taxi is the only option if you don't rent a car). His son owns the restaurant next door and made us a reservation and it was delicious. Heated floors, personal hot spring tub, projector, just to name a few amenities. The décor was absolutely beautiful, from the detail in the furniture to the creative light fixtures. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, great to come home to after long days of exploring! We really wanted somewhere that was quiet and peaceful, and this did not disappoint. The view of Mt. Fuji from the upstairs living space was AMAZING. You will not regret booking here.

Such a beautiful location. Great views of Mt Fuji. Very close to food & the lake. Would highly recommend. Fast response time and very helpful with transport.

Great to meet Stef during the stay in lake Kawaguchi. He can offer pickup service from Lake Kawaguchi to the dome, and also private tour in the local area. He is a nice, talkative and takes full responsibilities to my family during our stay The dome is clean, beautiful and easily accessible by car. Thank you for the hospitality towards my family and look forward to see you in the future

We had a warm day in a great environment outdoors and indoors. It was close to the negative temperature, but when I entered the room, you already turned on the heater, and I felt that it was a great hospitality. There may have been some things that didn't work out, but I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. Thank you very much.

The place was great. Around 10 minutes walk from the station. Big living room and kitchen.
