Blanka is extremely responsive and eager to help with any questions or issues you may have. Beautiful home overlooking the harbor and town. If able, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Just a beautifully decorated A-frame unit that is meticulously neat and decorated with an Alaskan theme. I would highly recommend this unit and will probably use it again in the future if it’s available. Host and unit just top notch all the way!!!

So lovely with an amazing views and great set up with all the amenities you need to be very comfortable a a peaceful place with sea otters on occasion right out front and also close to town too! We are so happy with choosing Okiyo’s place highly recommend it and would absolutely choose it again in a heartbeat!

This home was terrific. It had all the comforts of home for our group of 7. The kitchen was completely outfitted! Clean and with lots of spaces for different activities. We loved the cute “towel clip” idea for towels, and the linen closet was stacked with beautiful, fluffy towels. Plenty of coat hooks in the entry. Very nice.

This house has a great open floor plan and comfortable beds. Fully stocked and well taken care of. Great for kids and a baby... or otherwise.

The place was one of the cleanest I've stayed in! Brian is an amazing host. Very responsive and informative. The house is well stocked with everything you need aside from food. Even sent some fresh fish home with us! Well worth the money.

Great place, very nicely decorated, great location and lots of space. Neighbors were quiet and someone even left their leftover quarters in the laundry.

Jennifer’s was one of the best we have stayed in on Kodiak. We hope to stay here again?

Robin’s house was perfect for 6 guys on a fishing trip. It was convenient and suited our needs well. We hope to return next year

Steven’s place was perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in Kodiak as we were out and about majority of the time. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with appropriate amenities and even had many seasonings for cooking. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.
