I stayed with four people this time, but there were four rooms, including the living room, and it was just right.There were two public baths within a 5-minute drive, and there were no problems with rice such as Aeon Mall and Kochi Station, making it a good location. The owner was also handled politely and was a good place to stay.

As a family of four, plus our German Shepherd, we had a wonderful time staying at Yunas place. The house is immaculately cleaned. All the amenities were great. The kitchen is fully stocked and that allowed my wife to cook up two meals for our family. We were met by Yuna and her partner who gave us a tour of the house and explained how to use the appliances and water in the bathroom as all the stuff is Japanese made. The snacks provided were a sweet touch. And we did enjoy fresh mint from the garden as tea. The surrounding area is great for walking and sightseeing nature. The house is private and the neighborhood is quiet.

It is just off the main street. The house is very spacious and there are many things you can use. The bread and milk for breakfast, jam, ham, yogurt, etc. were very useful. The host is also very friendly. If I come to Matsuyama, I want to come again.

When I forgot something, they handled it nicely.It was very helpful.I think the interior was also a very clean and comfortable space.

It was a winter stay and the temperature outside was quite low, but the heating facilities were arranged so that we could have a comfortable stay. The friendly cat was really friendly, and I had a happy time with two people.

It's near the lift platform, and it's very close to Okaido, which is a 5-minute walk away. The walk from Okaido to Sookseo is really pretty. There are kotatsu in the accommodation and a heater, so I had a good stay so that it wasn't cold. There was an elevator, so it was convenient to go up and there is very plenty of space to stay alone. It was nice to have all the restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops nearby!

It is a quiet place to live at an affordable price. The shower is shared, but it was good for the price. Recommended for solo travelers who plan to stay for a long period of time.

nice stay, we have everything we need

The good thing was that Kochi Station, Harimayabashi, and downtown were all not far away, there was a vending machine that was cheap in front, and most of the necessities were prepared, so it was convenient to stay for 4 days, the kitchen was available, and the free point of using the whole house was good! It's a little regrettable that it's a Japanese house in winter, so it's very cold when it's cold. However, the heater and heating (air conditioner) were prepared, so it was okay to keep the room warm! But the heater looked a little dusty in the filter. I'm okay, but it might be difficult for those who have rhinitis! Apart from that, the price, location, and facilities were all satisfactory!
