Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

The villa has a high ceiling and a spacious living room. The house was spotless and everything was very tidy. We had a great time thanks to the hot pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is very practical and comfortably designed, everything you need is available. Being within walking distance to cafes and markets as a location makes it easy for everyday needs. In addition, the medicine cabinet in the house was a small but very valuable detail. Although it was a short holiday, it was an unforgettable experience.

First of all, I would like to thank both Mr. Egemen and Mr. Turgut. I think the house was nicer than the photos, clean, tidy and new. As mothers staying with children and teenagers, we went as a relatively crowded team and everything you could think of was available and sufficient. The size of the pool, the heating and the width of the green area in the garden were very good. It was nice that the house was also heated from the floor, but we also lit the fireplace because it was very pleasant :) There was parking for all three vehicles. There are small grocery stores nearby, but we preferred to go to the big chain markets, which are about 7-8 minutes away. We were not concerned at all in terms of privacy or safety, of course, the friendly support of Mr. Turgut was great. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

It was great… The cleanliness, location, privacy and pool of the house were very important to us and this place was a very good choice for us, we had a comfortable holiday experience as 3 couples. The temperature of the pool and the house was amazing. The patio was quite spacious and provided great comfort. The garden has a lush nature feeling, the lighting is great, we can leave our car in the parking lot of the house is also a comfort. Most importantly, we loved Ms. Nursel, she is very friendly , friendly, caring. Thank you so much for your attention, we will definitely take it back at every opportunity.

It's a great place to feel disconnected from the city. It's very nice to watch the gunbatami here. The house is the most successful I have seen in terms of both architecture and use. The villa was as described. There are 2 covered transparent dome. 1 villa with a jacuzzi is specially allocated, the other is a common area. You can reach the common area at about 150 meters. There is a reception near the house. The pool is quite hot and accessible on cold days, it is quite big. There is a table and seating area for 10 people attached to the kitchen, handy for smokers. Fountain water can be drunk, there are grocery stores nearby for those who do not prefer it and can be ordered. Marker list is shared at the entrance. We just weren't satisfied with the comfort of the beds.

Esref place is a great option if you are planning to visit Sapanca, full private garden and swimming pool, nice clean furniture. The place is exactly as described, Esref is an excellent host Highly recommended place to visit

There was a perfect atmosphere with the chance to meet the snowfall. It's an environment where you can feel at home with all the amenities provided. The view of the house was very nice with all the details. It was especially enjoyable to spend the entire evening with the fireplace. The host's interest and relevance was complete.
