Holiday houses in Kobayashi

Everything is really good, clean and very comprehensive with everything ready inside the house. Nice stay point if you want to go Kirishima and Miyazaki. The host is very nice and good to prepare everything for you, thank you so much and I really enjoy my stay!

Our family enjoyed staying at Syotaro’ s place. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which is a rare thing to find. It is a great place for hiking in Kirishima area.

It was a great pleasure for me to stay at Michiko and Yurika’s place. It’s located right next to the harbor, and the view of Sakurajima out of the window is unparalleled. It’s also very close to Tenmonkan area where there’s plenty of shopping and dining options, plus 2 convenience stores are just steps away. The unit itself is nice and comfortable and has everything one might need for a longer stay. I feel like one month I spent here was such a short time. Michiko-san is a wonderful host, very welcoming and always ready to go out of her way to help, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I wouldn’t choose any other place to stay in Kagoshima if I ever come here again.

Good place for a group to stay. Within a 10 minute walking distance to the beach and a great market. Best to have a car if you need to go outside Aoshima, though the train is just a couple blocks from the house (you can even see it from the kitchen window). Hosts are very kind and responsive!

The location was great with ocean views in the morning and stars at night!The staff are also kind and the room is clean.However, a car is mandatory because of poor access.

A beautifully kept house that was super clean and peaceful - right on the water with beautiful views. The local people are mainly older folks and / or working fishermen. We were looking for peaceful and quiet - and it was exactly that. We mainly cooked at home in the very well appointed kitchen. Bus and train are short walks away for forays to the beach or the city of Miyazaki. Mariko the host was very friendly and responsive - and had the place laid out and labeled well for a very easy stay. We absolutely loved our time on Pier 39.

Anyway, the view over Kagoshima is the best, and the interior is also very clean. The owner kindly told me about the nearby supermarket, butcher, etc., and I had a full stay.There were also board games, which I enjoyed! There was also a cafe on the first floor, which provided us with delicious drinks and had a wonderful time after our stay. I will use it again when I come to Kagoshima.Thank you!

Even better than the photos! What a treat to stay in such a beautifully restored and renovated traditional home. Set in a quiet suburban spot, views out to lovely private gardens, comfortable bedding, plenty of space. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We took up the option of renting e-bikes which was simple and a great addition for us. We met the hosts who were very accomodating and delightful. We had a car to get around the area, there is a small supermarket easy walking distance. We absolutely loved this house, recommend!
