The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

We had a great stay at this apartment! Communication with PK was excellent, with quick responses and a genuine effort to meet our needs. Check-in was hassle-free, thanks to Fareeda, who kindly showed us how everything worked. When we found the kettle and toaster weren’t working, the host promptly replaced them and helped us resolve a shower issue. The apartment is well-located, within walking distance of Kamala Beach, 7/11, Big C, and other shops. While it’s slightly smaller than it looks in photos, it was perfect for three adults. The two bedrooms (with king-size beds) and two bathrooms made it great value for the price. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed place to stay near Kamala Beach.

Jeremy is an amazing host, this is my 2nd time in this accommodation and honestly speaking, am looking forward for my 3rd time. View is amazing, Apartment is spacious, clean and peaceful. This is not my first time staying at Aree. Everything is great. Always tries to help and answers all questions. The accommodation is clean and very nice. Great and amazing place to stay! Was just a short drive to all things in phuket. Lovely home with an amazing pool! We were even able to see elephants from the pool in the backyard. The host greeted us with nothing but kindness and warmth. Nice touches in the airbnb such as snacks and drinks. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was great. Nice quiet place and close to everything if you have a scooter. It is more local there than in touristy Ao Nang

This is our second stay at Mike's place in AoYon beach. Beyond the truly amazing and beautiful place on the beach, we'd like to thank Mike for being such a kind host. Sometimes the whole is more than the sum of its components, and in our case the component of the host literally made our stay! This place is probably the last remnant of a by gone era of simplicity and unpretentiousness in AoYon beach, so if you are heading to Phuket, don't miss out on this place.

My husband, our two children and I were staying at Maggie’s place for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - on the beach with a restaurant right next to the appartment. There were also many toys for children that they could use while playing and swimming at the beach. One thing to note is that there are some small ants in the kitchen and on the floors inside the appartment. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. We recommend this place for families and others that wants to live in a quiet area!

Very cool house with a great view. It’s a typical Thai house, so very open, a tad rustic, but with air con in two of the bedrooms. A super nice guy with decent English runs a taxi/moped rental across the street. The location isn’t particularly walkable to much, and bicycles are harder to come by than mopeds and nearly as expensive, so we found mopeds were kind of a must. (Super cheap to rent). I would stay again.

The hospitality at Siya's was excellent. The villa suited us very well, it was spacious, the pool was pleasant and we felt safe. Siya helped us with everything we needed, on the last day the child didn't feel well either and we soiled the sheets. She was very kind and helpful and did not complain. We paid a small extra for cleaning the sheets in order not to burden the expenses. We just enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

Had a great week at this property. The renovation is not the newest, but everything is very clean and has everything you need to maintain a clean and comfortable stay. Also, the host has taken care of many of the necessary details, such as tanning cream and a beach towel. The area where the property is located is also great — a night market, good cafes and restaurants, shops are within walking distance. We even walked to the beach. Daniel was always in touch, quickly helped with any questions. Thank you!

Great stay at a Thai-style deco loft. Restaurants and laundry place on the ground floor for 50 baht/kg. Nice base for heading right into the middle road of Patong. Maybe 10 minute walk to the party street but you can just as easily take a 50 baht motorbike. Dushyant is also great, fast responses, friendly and sent very clear instructions. Wouldn’t mind staying longer next time.

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)
