Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Yao Yai

Very good room for this price. I like the location, not far from places to eat, 8 minutes from Nai Harn Beach. But it's very dark near the house at night. Housekeeping is coming every day. Rooms are clean. Nice balcony. I had some insects in the room but it's Thailand. I can recommend for budget travelers!

Great place managed by lovely people. The location has multiple options for food stalls, and groceries and isn’t too far from the airport and Phuket town. Great place for a great price.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They even provided thoughtful recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Really lovely friendly people. Our room & bathroom was so clean. Location was about a 8-10 minute moped ride from the main part of ao nang which was nice to be tucked away from all the chaos. Only 2 things to say were the mattresses were quite hard which was a bit uncomfortable and for a shower there was no hot water (we don’t mind as we like to have cold showers) but we know others may not. We really enjoyed our stay here & would stay again :)

The house was so nice, very spacious and the pool was very nice! The house was very clean and there were some nice cafes and restaurants near by.

The house it’s comfortable, clean and with a beautiful natural light. The crew was kind enough to rush out to clean the house so we could have an early check in and they even accommodate our belongings that were placed outside the house. The bay was beautiful, with serene waters and not very busy compared to similar places at this time of the year. This its a two floor building and our recommendation it’s to rent the 2nd floor if possible so you will avoid the busy area surrounding the house porch, there its a motorcycle parking, a hotel pool bar and a cafeteria right outside the property, other than that we really recommend this place for it’s closeness to the water, kind host and comfortable space.

Beautiful house lost in the jungle a couple kilometres from the main city. The house itself is not very big, but at the same time it is infinitely cozy and comfortable with wooden veranda and a hammock on it. Friendly sweet and kind hosts will surely regale you with traditional Thai cuisine such as mango sticky rice and pad thai and will try to surround you with care and warmth. We were happy to spend this few days in Wooden House.

The best part about our Krabi trip was Siyanan's home. I've stayed at many impressive Airbnb's and this one definitely has the wow factor. The pool and the grounds were immaculate. Our kids enjoyed the property more than any of the excursions. I appreciate our host's hospitality and willingness to help us organize excursions and transportation.
