Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ko Yao Noi

Very nice place! Comfortable bedroom, full sleep, great service, super responsive, very imprinted, very kind owner! Most importantly, it is very convenient to stay near old town. It's super easy to find food or take photos. Anyone visiting Phuket, recommend this place. 🥰

I use Airbnb frequently to book accommodation and have never had a more kind and welcoming host that made me feel more welcome in their house. All of our needs and beyond of what we could expect or wish for were met proactively. When you’re in another country in a location outside of the city that is extremely valuable. Furthermore, the house is really comfortable. AC is working really well and can get the rooms to 18C if you wish to. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and good to sleep on. The room had a nice smell to it and the interior is solid/neutral with a light personal touch. There’s a desk to work. The shower and toilet are solid too. The garden and front porch is beautiful and it’s great to be able to walk outside on the road where only the residents live (no worries, you won’t hear any other people than who live there.) There’s a big Makro (supermarket) 5 minutes (bike ride) away from the house and. 10/10 experience.

We spent a week here, and although at first, it seemed quieter than we expected, we were ultimately glad we chose this place. Sukanya is the heart of the resort - dedicated, helpful, and always with a smile on her face. The rooms looked just like in the pictures - nice, clean, and the air conditioning was very pleasant in these temperatures. The resort also offers several new scooters for rent, which is a huge plus. The pool had crystal-clear water, and the entire surrounding area was beautifully maintained.

Very good stay experience.The welcome fruits were prepared on the first day and it was a very good experience.The room is cleaned daily and extremely clean.The pool was directly facing the ocean and my kids had to jump in several times a day.The waiter came in the morning to cook breakfast and it was touching. If you are staying with children, it is recommended that you can go down to the sea to grab crab when the tide is low, we have at least a few dozen, and we are very happy. The only suggestion would be if the breakfast could have been a bit more enriched, like some changes every day, it would have been better.

We had a great time here! A simple home with everything you need in a very beautiful and quiet palm forest. Sirikan and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The beach, restaurants etc. are 15min by bike. Perfect for everyone who doesn’t want to be in the middle of the tourist action but you can still easily be active.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Great layout of space for four people. Great basket of goodies when we arrived and our co-host Pexgi brought more fruit and water. The place has everything you would need to cook and had tons of extra things you might need. One of us got sick and she sent over a bag of things to help him. Pexgi is the absolutely best host you will ever find. The location is outside of town but Pexgi called the shuttle whenever we wanted it and it came quickly.

Close to everything, good breakfast!

Very good breakfast à la carte, very well located accommodation close to the sea, clean with a beautiful pool on the 5th floor. I would recommend it

We had a great stay, they were hospitable, rooms are big but basic, the pool and the rest of the property is really pretty. The walk to the hotel however is not the most pleasant but it helps that it is on its way to long beach which is a must do.

A super little B&B hidden in a tropical garden under the stunning karst cliffs. Communication was excellent and Gun and her team at Simple House were just lovely. Very spacious bedroom & bathroom, pristine and well equipped and a comfortable relaxing communal area where breakfast was served and guests can cook their own meals. The garden seating area was a huge bonus to escape the crowds in Ao Nang and there were several good little restaurants in Soi 11/1 itself. Highly recommend and certainly hope to return again next year!

Host was so nice and very welcoming! Self check-in was really easy and I loved staying there! Would definitely go back!

Timmy was super helpful throughout our stay. He took care of transfers. The place is outside the city center, which is a plus for us, as you get to avoid all the noise. The pool is great, with direct access from the room.

Phooms place was really nice , just like him . He was very responsive and knowledgeable, I had a bad back and he even offered me an extra mattress topper. The place was convenient and very close to the shops and restaurants and waterfront all walking distance, I would stay here again .

We had a great time at Baan Tubkaek hotel which is the right on the beach with everything you need. Really enjoy the atmosphere specially the view of the sunrise and sunset that you can see from your room. Breakfast also Super nice. They prepared for us different kind of breakfast for each day. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. All the meals are delicious even though the food portion is a bit small and expensive but all the foods are expensive in this beach. Jiraporn is very nice lady and she helped us to advice about coronavirus situation in Krabi. All the tours were as usual currently in Krabi. I would recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
