I had a great experience at Kaiwen’s condo. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. It’s located about 15 minutes to a Chillva market and there are plenty of great restaurants just a block or two away. I hope to go back in the future!

Everything really perfect... only one thing. The restaurant was completely closed.

Despite this residence backing on to a busy road, once doors and windows are closed the place is exceptionally quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped. The owner of the residence is very quick to respond for all communications. I would recommend staying at this residence. There is also a 7/11 that is extremely well stocked, only a few minutes walk away that stocks just about everything one might need...

Sara is very sweet and attentive. I got slight food poisoning and she was quick to bring me medicine and check in. I really appreciated it. The area is also in central Phuket and not too far from the Islands further south.

We had a great time in Avignon We were 15 min from the old town Everything is accessible by scooter Vlad rented us a scooter so we were able to get around very easily thanks to him. Gail welcomed us and she was really lovely. Thanks again

The accommodation and the condominium was very nice. It is almost essential to rent a motorcycle to get around, but we really enjoyed it

Close to the old town, very useful if you have a motorcycle, same also grab is fast. The restaurant that is right in front is too delicious super recommended

Thomas provided outstanding service. The home was beautiful, within walking distance to the beach, and when we had an issue with the TV late at night, Thomas messaged me first thing in the morning. By 7:35 a.m., we had a new TV. He had clear communication, replied quickly, and even provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. Highly recommended

The apartment fitted exactly for our needs in the last 2 nights in Phuket. The residence is very close to Central Shopping Center and offers lot of facilities including swimming pool, gym, washing machine etc. Nattapat is a very friendly host and speaks English very well. In recommend this place if you need to feel like home in Phuket.

A beautiful accommodation near the sea where you can go jogging along the beach every morning. There are many great restaurants with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere nearby. Khun Kai, the owner, provided wine to celebrate the New Year and gave memorable souvenirs. On New Year’s Eve, there were fireworks along the beach, and the sea view across was stunning. Not to be missed is the breathtaking sunset, so beautiful you won’t want to look away. Thank you for the excellent accommodation, great service, and the attentive care from the housekeeping staff. I hope to return here again.

We had an excellent stay here! The house was well decorated, immaculate, clean and very spacious. There was a nearby local swimming pool which was great so we could spend our day here. Our host was very accommodating and answered any questions and queries we had in a fast manner, thanks again!

Incredible villa in a beautiful and off-the-beaten-path park of Phuket. A car is definitely needed, but if you want some peace and quiet, a beautiful view, a large and well-appointed, very comfortable villa, and jumping off point to explore the lesser-visited side of the island, this is it. You can easily drive all over the island, but the places closest to here are more quiet villages, which is lovely as well. Communication was a breeze, place was kept very clean, and the hosts ensured we had a fabulous stay. Highly recommended!

It's impossible to describe how happy we were at this wonder place! There is no way a picture can capture the view, the feeling, and comfort this home has to offer. The expansive panoramic view was breathtaking, especially from the salt water pool. Calling local Masseuse for a private poolside session is what I recommend as well. Khun Bha ( house keeper ), can arrange that for you. Sri Panwa staffs were all very friendly, and always so helpful. All the amenities were available for us to use and easy to get access to by the Took Took provided by the resort. Khun Bha, was so wonderful and sweet, she was so resourceful and had all the knowledge of Phuket. Plus she is a good cook. I cried when we had to leave, it really feel like I was leaving my family. She really made the stay feel like visiting family. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much Bruno for sharing this little heaven with my family.
