Waterfront holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Yai

It is a great place, very friendly staff and amazing location. The garden is very nice and we loved siting outside. The room itself is quite small, very basic and need maintenance. We really like it here and will be happy to come back, thanks for everything

The apartment is as described. It is well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning again. One thing that needs to change is the blinds in the bedrooms. These are very thin and do not keep the light in at all well. It requires a proper blind and a pull down black out blind/curtains to solve this. This is especially a problem for the back bedrooms, as the hallway light is shining all night long and it's light at 6am so the kids will be awake once the sunshine comes through the window. Thanks for everything, we would like to return in the future.

We stayed 9 days with our 2 year old son, everything was perfect. The accommodation is super large, very clean and very nice. The Coco Tango restaurant right next door is superb. The beach is small but very beautiful, with a small boat at our disposal. And I recommend the massage!! Just a few things to have in mind: - The accommodation is furnished to the bare minimum (furniture and supplies). So there's a lot of space that's great, but it's pretty "cold". - The tap water is brown, so provide water for everything. There is a water tank available at the reception. - Provide a scooter to get around as the shops and supermarkets are at least a 15/20min walk away. - The pool is in the sun for a good part of the day. - The air conditioning in bedroom #2 is quite noisy. None of this bothered us, it's just to know before! Overall we had a wonderful and very relaxing stay and will be back.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

We stayed here for two weeks with our 8 months old baby and we absolutely loved it! We would definitely like to come back. Almost all the guests we talked to have been here several times before, so that says something too. It's a perfect place to stay if you are travelling with children. Several nice restaurants just around the corner makes dinner easy (Coco tango, Dirty fish, Shanti Shanti, Moonlight and Smoon for breakfast/lunch - all of them very good!). It's also possible to get take away if you want to enjoy dinner from your own balcony with a beautiful sunset.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Pre-arrival communication was clear, and Nick arranged an airport transfer for us. We were checked in by Smile, who was on-site and brilliant throughout our stay. She arranged kayaking, scooter hire, New Year’s Eve celebrations, laundry, and final transfers for us, and was always friendly and available for any queries. The pool and small beach were great and we made several visits to our two closest restaurants, Coco Tango and Shanti - both really good with fabulous views and food. The scooter hire worked perfectly for exploring the island, especially the quieter beautiful beaches further south, and plenty of other restaurants and bars to choose from too. All in all, a fantastic holiday in Koh Lanta.

Comfiest bed in all of Thailand. Incredible sunsets from the balcony every night. Rent a scooter for 250 baht and they bring it right to the Airbnb for you. Snorkelling equipment free to use for the private beach, where you can see many fish. Very nice secluded pool. Restaurant right next door 1 minute walk away. Close to 100s of restaurants and bars. Very nice reception! Recommended breakfast restaurants, and was delicious. Lots of storage space if you’re staying for a long time, dressers, wardrobe etc. Highly recommend this stay, you will not be disappointed. Very big room and big bathroom.

Very beautiful and private place. Clean bungalows. Pool area gets cleaned of flowers etc. the whole day. Great services and friendly stuff. Breakfast was lovely too.

We were traveling with my fellows- group of divers. The house is located very close to all diving centers and walking street as well. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The house has all the necessary equipment. Wonderful seaview from the terrace 🥂 Highly recommend 👍

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

We felt very comfortable at Jay’s house. The place is truly unique – the pool with its breathtaking view of Old Lanta is stunning, and the view from the master bedroom is fantastic. The house is huge, and our kids could hardly believe they were staying in such a villa. What they didn’t love so much: in the back room, they were woken up at 6 AM by chickens and a rooster. But that’s just part of living in nature 😉 We only stayed for two nights, but we still enjoyed it to the fullest. Thank you so much, dear Jay, for everything! Great and comfortable house, with a friendly and very helpful owner :)

The house was lovely and spacious with lots of thoughtful placements. The decor was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. We felt very much at home. The area is peaceful and quiet but close enough to lots of shops and restaurants.

Such a special spot and part of our trip we will always remember. The view, the beach and the decor of the house all create a very serene spot. We came with two young children (3 and 7 months) and all loved it. The beach has so much to offer with the changes in the tide, meaning is great for a walk or a shallow swim and some small waves. Incredible sunsets which are not overlooked. The house is right at the end of the street so it is private and nice restaurants, coffee place and supermarket all in easy walking distance. We very much hope to be back again.

A beautiful place and the beach is great but there are rocks but it is possible to swim with swimming shoes There is a great front desk and hotel system and great nice hosts. Greetings, everyone
