Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. Great, fast and friendly communication throughout the stay. Villa was as advertised on pictures and description. House, pool and property was squeaking clean and kept clean two times a week. The great team from G Estate makes sure that you vacation is a luxury.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. It is very well decorated. And the location was also very good. It couldn't have been better. Eric was very friendly and helpful. He always responded immediately to questions and requests. He was also very helpful with renting motorcycles and booking activities and even gave us discounts. I can only recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

Perfect place with a perfect location. Bibi (the hostess' cute name😌) was very kind, welcoming and always helpful. If you, like me, read reviews and are repulsive to book or not, then believe me, the answer is unambiguous - to book! Relatively many times I rented a place on AIRBNB and this is one of my best finds. Unfortunately, it was only possible to come for a week, I hope to return here for a longer year! :) P.S on the territory of the hotel there are two cats and one of them has a bell on their neck and they constantly meowing, perhaps for someone it will be important, sometimes interfered with sleep ))

Everything was okay.

The place was perfect to accomodate our family of 7. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was perfect. The house was very spacious. and clean and located in a gated community not too far from restaurants, market and pharmacy. The beach was a walkable distance. My family enjoyed the pool as well. Both Catherine and Florin were one of the best hosts from beginning to end. Open and quick communications throughout. They helped provide transportation and book excursions whenever we needed it. The best was that we had the option to have breakfast everyday which was AMAZING! Jason was our cook who spoiled us with evrything you could possibly want for breakfast including cofee and tea and fresh squeezed orange juice. He was so nice an attentive! There was also a maid who came in almost everyday to make sure everything was spot clean! Thank you, Catherine and florin for hosting us and Jason, our fav cook!!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was great, very supportive, and always quick to reply. The place was super clean with all facilities well-maintained, and they even had scheduled weekly cleaning. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The photos don’t do it justice, it looks much better in natural light! Wonderful view The staff are absolute stars, cooking us delicious breakfast everyday and helping us with everything in between. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs — the entrance is up a flight of stairs with no handrail, and the stairs in the villa itself are the floating type with gaps in the vertical spaces. This made it tricky with kids and elderly, as all the bedrooms have to be accessed via stairs. Other than that, we had no complaints whatsoever! A wonderful and enjoyable stay at the villa.

The villa was outstanding, super new and modern. The rooms are quite spacious and exactly like the pictures. All the amenities are on point. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

perfect spot for the quiet side of Phuket. very convenient for scuba diving! we loved the private pool and shared pool was never crowded. the beach is lovely to walk on and it’s fun to watch the kite surfing! really lovely and comfortable place for a group. highly recommend!

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

Very cozy, atmospheric, you feel like home. There are a lot of dishes and kitchen utensils, you can cook anything and you will find everything you need for this. When there were questions, the host was always quick to respond and help. Special thanks to Pin, the house was always clean and nice. The pool is gorgeous, the children were constantly swimming. In general, a very sincere place, you can see that a person makes efforts to make guests comfortable! I highly recommend it!

Ali was always friendly and responsive. He personally cleans the unit weekly and the stay was enjoyable. He has 4 identical villas on one lot and ours was the last one on the row which helped the privacy. It had a side patio which was nice to hang out. The furniture wasn’t super comfortable, but the value for the location was good. The bedroom has an air-con unit and electric usage per watt is added to the final bill.

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden gem. Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. It looked exactly as in the pictures. Pim was very helpful throughout the stay & very accommodative. Worth every penny spend. The only downside is the house is up the hill. So, not walkable up & down at all but getting tuk tuk or Grab was not an issue throughout. Just cater that discomfort but otherwise everything was super great. will stay here again.
