House holiday rentals in Ko Chang District

We had a great stay here! The Airbnb is located on the quieter side of the island which we loved. The beach right behind the house was especially enjoyable and we loved using the free kayaks owned by the villa. Jum, the villa manager was very friendly and helped us get motorbikes, find things, and get transport from the island to our next destination! We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Our family of five had a great time at Chanon’s place! Not to busy neighborhood, but still very central in Kae Bae. Walking distance for beaches nearby. The super friendly neighbor made our stay in Koh Chang even better. Chanon was flexible, friendly and responded quickly when we needed to prolong our stay.

Very spacious house with all amenities needed. The surroundings are very quiet and well maintained. The beach is not the nicest on Kho Chang, however that side of the island is beautiful. The staff was also great, they were very flexible with check-in time and helped us with transport to the ferry. If you want to relax in a peaceful and comfortable house, this is the place for you.

Great 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom villa in a quiet location. 200 meters off the main road, can walk to restaurants, cafes, 7/11 & massage.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! This is a wonderfully serene and peaceful place, just a short 15-minute scooter ride to the stunning White Sand Beach. The villa is also conveniently located near beautiful waterfalls, making it perfect for nature lovers. The villa itself is set in a picturesque area surrounded by incredible wildlife. I truly enjoyed watching the vibrant birds, playful squirrels, geckos, and other fascinating creatures—it felt like living in harmony with nature. What made the experience even more special was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. The level of client care, friendliness, and service was outstanding. I can confidently say that this was the warmest welcome I’ve ever received in all my travels. The owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I sincerely wish her the best and hope she continues to receive kind and grateful guests. This place is tucked away from the bustling tourist areas, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

We had a great time at Jum's cottage. Very friendly staff and available for any need. Jum, always kind and helpful, gave us directions to get around the area and rent the scooter (essential). Also nearby we found places a little less touristy than other areas of the island, with great food and nice people. To make everything even more pleasant, we appreciated the availability of the kayak and the barbecue and the company of the two nice dogs in the area. Recommended!

Property looks as beautiful in person as it did online. We were greeted with fresh fruit upon check in. Well equipped villa with very nice pool. Hopefully will stay again someday. Marco was a great host.

The best host we have ever experienced, very responsive and nothing is a problem! We loved it here and didn’t want to leave! Peaceful location, excellent WiFi if you need to remote work. this was our third visit here and it is a beautiful favorite. one negative comment is that Koh Chang has grown and is not as easy and peaceful as it was a few years ago. only one small negative comment about the villa is that it is understandably starting to show it's age. highly recommended. book early because it's in high demand! thank you Forest!

We loved the place, everything was clean and tidy, very cozy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the possibility of using the community pool. I communicated with the owner Jum, who provided all the information before arrival and was helpful throughout, even though she had health issues at that time. Unfortunately, there was a big tide during the day, and the beach by the house could not be used (the water flooded the entire beach and despite the efforts of the staff, there was a drifting clutter everywhere). It was the same with all the beaches on the east coast of the island we visited. However, Jum arranged for us to rent motorcycles, thanks to which we were able to visit the beaches in the west and the waterfalls where the bathing was beautiful. If you want to avoid the crowds of tourists and spend your holidays in the quiet eastern part of the island like we do, I recommend planning your vacation so that it will be low during the day.
