House holiday rentals in Ko Chang District

Very spacious house with all amenities needed. The surroundings are very quiet and well maintained. The beach is not the nicest on Kho Chang, however that side of the island is beautiful. The staff was also great, they were very flexible with check-in time and helped us with transport to the ferry. If you want to relax in a peaceful and comfortable house, this is the place for you.

Great host! Very helpful host,welcoming and very available. Top location in a top accommodation, you are a 10 minute walk to the beach and its small beach restaurants at very affordable prices. Shops are a 3-minute walk away. I would definitely stay again.

Great beautiful place, You need a car or scooter to be more flexible to go to the places. Its aprox. 10-15 min by car to the first beach. Aprox 7 min by car to the first shops and markets. You can probably also swim at the beach at the house. However its is not very good access to the water. House is very spacious, fully equipped for cooking. Very quite place and beautiful. I would recommend definitely!

Juthatip and Peter were the absolute best hosts! Extremely communicative and the environment was perfect for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon at!! We would 100% look to stay here again when visiting Koh Chang!!

Quiet beautiful spot with fine rooms, finely appointed, and with a truly excellent chef and restaurant! The pool is spectacular as are the gardens. The beach is a slight bit uninviting, but the rest more than makes up for it. Rent a scooter to get around the island a bit! Thanks Victor and Vanussaunun! See you again soon.

Property looks as beautiful in person as it did online. We were greeted with fresh fruit upon check in. Well equipped villa with very nice pool. Hopefully will stay again someday. Marco was a great host.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! This is a wonderfully serene and peaceful place, just a short 15-minute scooter ride to the stunning White Sand Beach. The villa is also conveniently located near beautiful waterfalls, making it perfect for nature lovers. The villa itself is set in a picturesque area surrounded by incredible wildlife. I truly enjoyed watching the vibrant birds, playful squirrels, geckos, and other fascinating creatures—it felt like living in harmony with nature. What made the experience even more special was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. The level of client care, friendliness, and service was outstanding. I can confidently say that this was the warmest welcome I’ve ever received in all my travels. The owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I sincerely wish her the best and hope she continues to receive kind and grateful guests. This place is tucked away from the bustling tourist areas, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

the host is really nice and welcoming. the house in itself is very spacious and beautiful. the restaurants in the area are as nice as their owners. we had a great time and I totally recommend it.

We enjoyed the 5 days we spent at this place a lot! First, Loïc (who lives in a house in the same street so he's very easy to contact) sent us a detailed list with info on the location (e.g. where to rent a scooter, get groceries etc.) & told us to reach out to him whenever we needed something. He is super supportive & fast. To the place itself: The location is top! To get to the apartment you have to walk into a side street though that doesn't have many street lights, with some (behind a fence) dogs that might or might not bark at you loudly. Not a big issue but at night it could be a factor for people who are afraid of such things. The apartment is super clean, with a big TV & fridge, a nice bathroom, good air conditioner + a (somewhat hard) bed. We still slept very comfortable & it's great to be able to walk to a fairly nice beach in ~3 min. There's also a lot of places to grab food & stuff in walking distance. & there's a nice terrace with a clothesline in front of the house

Lovely studio in a very quite part of koh chang. We spent 3 peaceful nights there and loved it. A scooter is a must because there is not a lot around ;)

The best host we have ever experienced, very responsive and nothing is a problem! We loved it here and didn’t want to leave! Peaceful location, excellent WiFi if you need to remote work. Beautiful villa directly at the most beautiful beach of the island. Nice views, near to the restaurants. Very new house and practical pool with shower. Contact with host and Khun Vie very easy. Villa is well equipped and clean and has moskito nets. Not enough furniture and storage. The villa cannot be found on google maps yet, as it is very new. A tour operator can only find it with given coordinates. Transfers to the village with 7/11 could be organized very easily for 100bath per way.

this was our third visit here and it is a beautiful favorite. one negative comment is that Koh Chang has grown and is not as easy and peaceful as it was a few years ago. only one small negative comment about the villa is that it is understandably starting to show it's age. highly recommended. book early because it's in high demand! thank you Forest!

We loved the place, everything was clean and tidy, very cozy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the possibility of using the community pool. I communicated with the owner Jum, who provided all the information before arrival and was helpful throughout, even though she had health issues at that time. Unfortunately, there was a big tide during the day, and the beach by the house could not be used (the water flooded the entire beach and despite the efforts of the staff, there was a drifting clutter everywhere). It was the same with all the beaches on the east coast of the island we visited. However, Jum arranged for us to rent motorcycles, thanks to which we were able to visit the beaches in the west and the waterfalls where the bathing was beautiful. If you want to avoid the crowds of tourists and spend your holidays in the quiet eastern part of the island like we do, I recommend planning your vacation so that it will be low during the day.
