Can't say enough good about this house or Jonathan! So many neat amenities and special touches! Fresh cinnamon rolls and fruits (among other things) waiting on us at arrival. The back yard is perfect for kids, so much room to run. Jonathan was a perfect host, definitely strives to make your stay perfect. We will rent again if available.

We were in town for the weekend visiting family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. Self check in was easy with parking right at the door which made it so easy for us getting in and out with luggage. Spacious shower, king size bed, 2 large tvs and the air hockey table were all great additions. There is a mini fridge, microwave and ice machine plus other small cooking appliances, just no stove or oven. Plenty of towels and blankets. It was a really great stay. Only issue we had was it was a little chilly down there but there is a portable heater available which helped. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Nana’s place. It was exactly what we needed for our 1 night in Lenoir City. Exactly as described and she thought of every little detail you could imagine. Forgot your toothbrush? No problem she has those. Forgot your creamer for coffee? She has that too! You name it, Nana has it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great place everything fit the description. The host was extremely kind and we had a chance to meet her. Also very thoughtful, since we said we were going for a concert they left out ear plugs for us. 5 stars all around

This was a perfect stay. The house is beautifully decorated, quiet and you are surrounded by nature. You will have everything you need . The food is amazing! She is a great cook! Magnolia is very friendly and will make you feel right at home. She recommended some hiking spots for me to go to and they were beautiful! The room is spacious, and the bed is comfy. I really enjoyed waking up to the patio window with all the birds and animals outback. If you were looking for a quiet getaway, definitely book this place. I will be back! Thank you Magnolia for a lovely stay.

Bethany’s place is exactly as listed and so welcoming! The selection of books, games, and movies makes sure there is something for everyone! The homemade bread was also wonderful and so kind of her to do!
