There is heating and cooling means and a pleasant breeze. The apartment is on the first floor inside a 3 story building (no elevator), and is located in the old neighborhoods of Mitzpe Ramon so apart from the excessive proximity to the crater, you will get to meet the lovely people who live in Mitzpe Ramon from its early years.
