The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the waterfront like a living canvas, inviting the Norwegian skaergaard right into your living room. The kitchen is sharp, practical—a true haven for anyone who values a well-prepped meal. And then there’s the jetty out front, where you can sit back, sip something strong, and lose yourself in the stillness of this place. Centrally located for a business traveler yet worlds away in spirit. If I could double the star rating, I would. Else, the host, is a gem—flexible, communicative, and downright pleasant. Beate and Robert's house is just fantastic in every way. It's a beautiful home that has put a lot of love and work into whatever you feel. We felt comfortable from the first moment, everything was clean and lovingly furnished down to the last detail and kept to the style. But still it had the comforts of today and was modern. The kids were absolutely happy about the playroom with the diverse clean toys and feeding the animals was the daily highlight. There is a lot to do in the area and I recommend the hike with the red ribbons that starts behind the house of Beate and Robert. The tour is magical. Again, thank you to Robert and Beate for putting in so much effort. You are great hosts and we will be happy to come back!

Enjoy island life on Misje! A spacious great room with a sliding glass door for pleasant views of the water and activity on the boat dock. Cozy bedroom with comfy bed and plenty of pillows and a huggable duvet. Well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso and pods! Yippy! Neighborhood walks and nature trails plus a short jaunt to the bus to go to Bergen or explore neighboring islands in the archipelago.

It’s a charming cottage with a lovely little boating opportunity just down the hill. Makes for a romantic getaway and would recommend! Heated floors, clean, nice views.

We had a great time in Ann-Kristin and Laila's cabin. They had made it incredibly cozy by decorating for Christmas with lights and Christmas trees. The cabin was also clean and prepared for our visit. The location is amazing and it was easy to find. The hosts were very easy to deal with and responded quickly. I can highly recommend this place.

Christopher was a fantastic host. He was very proactive and friendly. We even had a nice surprise bag with little gifts for us when we arrived. We immediately felt at home. The house was perfect for two families, there were some toys for the kids and they could run around.

We absolutely loved Toneroses place. We immediately felt at home and had a great stay. The kitchen and living room a gorgeous and the beds in both rooms very comfy.

The remote fjord's end location was stunning. Our modern, airy boathouse, with its numerous windows and skylights, filled with light was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient. Despite a power outage caused by a storm after our first night, the four of us stayed comfortable and thanks to Julian's updates and instructions we well managed. Easy access from Bergen. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

The place is in a great location in front of a body of water at the Fjords, but not too far from Bergen, making it a great location to have a peaceful stay while being able to go to the city and know more about the Norwegian culture. If you are a big group of people, this is the right place!
