Our stay at Maarten's place was fantastic! The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Maarten and Ilse were amazing hosts, always responsive to our msgs. They ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The house is nestled by a serene lakeside, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bikes, relaxing chairs by the lake. The thoughtful touches truly stood out, like the beautiful Christmas decorations with a charming tree and lovely lighting added to the festive atmosphere. We loved spotting the adorable Big duck family and squirrels near the property and enjoyed a wonderful bike ride through the forest trail, where we saw deers, horses and rabbits. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for this experience and would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable family getaway.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. It was all to our complete satisfaction. Very lovingly decorated. We didn't miss anything. The owner was also super sweet and we were even allowed to look for the sheep and goats. Our little daughter was especially happy about that. Rarely experienced such a friendly and relaxed landlord. You'll feel right at home. The accommodation is great and the conservatory is worth its weight in gold!

We stayed at Dennis’ house with 5 people and were completely delighted. From the really prompt and helpful communication to the many features you'll find in the house - perfect for a weekend with friends, even if the weather isn't the best! The highlight of the house is definitely the large couch landscape incl. Fridge and the huge TV, the billiard room and the hot tub. Ample parking is also available in the driveway. So, quickly finish reading and then book!

Ralf's house, which is detached and available to guests for exclusive use, is very nice. It has plenty of space and even has a covered outdoor area that can be used even in the rain. The technical equipment is consistently great, Ralf was completely easy to reach for questions and not only responded quickly, but even met a special request from me courteously and quickly. We were there over New Year's Eve in the hope that our dog has more peace and quiet before New Year's Eve bulls. It was also shot, but not to the extent you are used to it. Emden is a pretty town and even has a small beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached from Café Strandlust (free parking) in about 10 minutes on foot. The pretty cities of Leer and Aurich are nearby, and the idyllic show town of Greetsiel is also easily accessible. We highly recommend Ralf's house and thank you for the lovely stay!

We (three adults) had a wonderful, relaxing time with Christin and Willi. The house is a dream, everything is available from A like view to Z like toothbrush mugs. Great,friendly and always fast communication with Christin and Willi, everything is perfect! We will be happy to come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Daniel has been super reactive to answer all our questions and made our check-in easy with clear instructions and flexibility with the arrival time. The appartment was very clean, comfortable, with everything needed to cook (including salt, pepper, oil, coffee but also a toaster and a boiler, hob with induction etc). Thanks again, we had a great stay in this appartment .

We were received in a very friendly and accommodating manner. The stay at the great courtyard was very nice. Perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature. We will be happy to come back.
