Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kitzbühel District

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Maria's place was very nice. We met Maria and she was very nice as well. Good location for skiing. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was well decorated and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or by taxi (€25 for an open-plan taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna also went smoothly

The place is great! Everything is clean and not worn, very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is warm and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself is spacious and clean. There is a sauna in the basement that can be used twice a week, it is big, clean and looks like new. After the sauna, you can relax on the sun loungers that are next door. A few minutes by car to two different gondola stations, so the place is perfect for a ski stay. Highly recommend!!!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Everything was as expected

We were looking for a nice place to stay near the ski area and found it the same with Dmitri. Dmitri was very responsive to our questions and had lots of tips. We felt very comfortable overall and would be happy to come back.

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.

Our expectations were surpassed. Very uncomplicated check-in, super nice, large and extremely clean apartment with beautiful views! We took our ski vacation with Dmitri with 8 people and it couldn't have been better. Communication with Dmitri was spotless and he was super friendly and always quick to reach. Ski room with heating rods for the ski boots in the basement. The sauna is beautiful and can be reserved for different time slots. The ski bus leaves nearby (3 minutes) and takes about 5 minutes to the panoramic train. The apartment is very new with a high-quality kitchen and 3 modern bathrooms. The apartment is not clairaudient at all, which was very pleasant if you wanted to sleep a little earlier and were still hustle and bustle in the living area. We will be happy to come back and thank Dmitri for the lovely stay! :)

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Our stay was great for the 8 of us. We found the accommodation cozy & really felt very comfortable. Harald was very nice, relaxed and gave us good recommendations for the area. For our 3-day mini ski vacation, it was also really fine that the next ski lift in Scheffau (beautiful ski resort) was only about 30 minutes away. We will be happy to be back next year. Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

there were five of us (2 adults, 3 children) in Christoph's house and we felt very comfortable. The Wildkogel ski area is right next door with the emerald lift in Bamberg, but the ski resorts in Zell am See/ Kaprun can also be reached quickly.

The accommodation is more than just a house - it is a cosy home that was a perfect base for our ski holiday. Every piece of furniture and ornament in it has been lovingly curated, to paint a welcoming place of tranquility for those visiting. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house! We really enjoyed our stay and the kids especially enjoyed wandering around the snowy garden to visit the pond and the creek below it. Thanks Sara & Bruno. This is definitely a stay to remember!

Very nice house! It’s clean and modern and at a very quiet place. The ski area is a few minutes away…perfect for a family vacation! It was also very easy to communicate with John as he replied within minutes. We will want to go back when we get a chance. Thank you for being an awesome host!
