Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kitzbühel District

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

We were very satisfied with 5 adults and a toddler with Harald in the sparkling clean apartment. It is very nice, impressively clean (which partly explains the very high cleaning costs), super equipped with everything you need in the household. There are three bedrooms with large beds which you rarely find. With a toddler, it was also great that one bedroom has blinds and the rooms are very soundproof. The only small flaw is the quite busy street in front of the room windows. We felt completely comfortable and were even able to park with both cars in the carport.

The place is great! Everything is clean and not worn, very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is warm and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself is spacious and clean. There is a sauna in the basement that can be used twice a week, it is big, clean and looks like new. After the sauna, you can relax on the sun loungers that are next door. A few minutes by car to two different gondola stations, so the place is perfect for a ski stay. Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a nice place to stay near the ski area and found it the same with Dmitri. Dmitri was very responsive to our questions and had lots of tips. We felt very comfortable overall and would be happy to come back.

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.

We stayed at Dimitri's place as a group of friends and had an excellent experience. The space exceeded our expectations; It was spotless, even better than the photos, and very well-maintained. Dimitri was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt very comfortable with Andrea. The place was perfect and we really liked it, the location with the view is a dream and Andrea is a wonderful hostess.

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Everything was great. Everything was thought of in the accommodation and beyond. All in all very homely :)

We felt very comfortable, the 400-year-old house has been extensively renovated. We were there in winter and needed something to get the house warm, but it was quickly reached through the fireplaces and infrared heaters in all rooms. We will be happy to come back. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

My family and I, we had a great time at Kitzbüle! The chalet was very cozy and with a great location. Super close to the city center and supermarkets and stores around. Emma was very nice and helped me every time we needed. 100% we are coming back Than you

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

Beautiful, well-equipped house, just a few minutes by car or bus from the ski lift to the Wildkogel Arena. Fantastic surroundings with a beautiful view from the window. We enjoyed the time here very much.

Sarah & Bruno's cottage is a wonderful home (not just a cottage). It had everything you needed & more. The beds are super comfortable, the living room invited you to read, cuddle and relax. The sauna and bathtub are a treat after a day of skiing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Our dog fell in love with the garden and snow and we fell in the magnificent location on the slope in Mühlau! We felt completely relaxed and comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house without reservation. Also, thanks for the nice & fast communication (despite the time difference)!
