Holiday rentals with a patio in Kitsilano Beach

Well appointed, comfortable suite. Excellent location, walkable to shops, trails, restaurants, community centre and SkyTrain. Appreciated the thoughtful “Welcome Treats” and well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated being able to park in the driveway. Blair kindly left out a brush for the car when it snowed - very useful! All in all the location and suite were perfect for our extended stay. We had a great stay at Patrick’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Patrick was very helpful and left a nice welcome basket. Despite being on a busy street, the suite is very quiet and peaceful as it faces the back of the house with a nice view of the mountains. There is some noise from upstairs if you’re sensitive to that, but it’s not loud. Bring slippers if you get cold feet as the floors can be a bit cold. Would definitely stay there again!

Went to a hockey game and it couldn’t have been better location. Crossed the street and was in the game in 5 minutes. The place has incredible views and was very clean. We used the pool and sauna in the next building which was an about a hundred feet away. The only downside was hearing the train in the morning but other than that everything was great

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s Apartment/Suite. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood, the space was clean, and our hosts were very communicative. So grateful to have had such a nice place to stay for our quick visit to Canada!

Ash and the the place were both great! Clean and relaxing spot with wonderful water and mountain views. Would look forward to staying here in the future if I return to the area. Easy walk to nature trails and food spots.

Had a great stay! Nima was very responsive and proactive whenever any issue arose. He kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra charge and be flexible on the day, even when we offered to pay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Anzoom’s beautiful home, the amazing city views from the kitchen and the rooftop lived up to the photos. The layout was perfect for our family trip, as having two floors and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to take care of our baby and have my parents help out as well.

Nice stay at Lucy’s house. Quiet nice location close to walking paths and parks. Very good layout and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was great for our 18 month old grandson with only 1 floor and with the use of a high chair and port-a-crib. We will be back!

I stayed at Fariba’s place for 4 nights with my pup and found everything excellent. The suite was large, well equipped and Fariba thought of many small things and provided lots of extras that other places don’t. The neighborhood was wonderful and less than a 10 min drive to get to amenities. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat if I was in Port Coquitlam.

We enjoyed staying here. Spotless clean and comfortable beds. The hosts are very thoughtful for guests experience- providing everything a traveller would possibly need from personal items, umbrella, cooking spices, coffee to full cooking kitchen. Feel like home.

Our group of four stayed at this listing for a couple of nights, and we found it spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the cozy bedrooms and modern washrooms. I didn’t need to communicate with Thao much, since the check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward. However, when we did interact, Thao was clear and made sure we had a great experience in Vancouver.

Marian's place was absolutely beautiful , very well furnished , great supply of coffee, teas and breakfast options . Very close to local shops and amenities , transit also just around the corner . I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting this part of the world

Great place for an effiecent stay - was very clean, had all the amenities and free parking space. Close enough the the city central of Surrey to explore

This is a great building in a convenient location. The market across the way was a nice bonus.

Great place to stay! Just a few minutes drive into downtown and very close to Stanley Park along with other fun locations to visit. The apartments was a very clean and tasteful environment with lot's of lighting and enough space for two and a little pup! Bonus was the pet shop right outside which was super convenient to grab a few things. The bed and couch were quite comfortable and the kitchen and bar stools were a nice place to relax, enjoy a meal, and chat or watch t.v. It was little tricky figuring out how to enter the parking garage at first - but Greg was very responsive and kindly helped us navigate the space. We were also very pleased with the level of security provided in the apartment and parking garage. Overall great experience.

Very convenient location and amazing city views from the 33rd floor! The apartment was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and washrooms. The pool and fitness center on the 2nd floor was a nice perk. As expected with a downtown location there is some city noise like sirens and the Skytrain, but earplugs work fine at night. We would stay here again when in the mood for a downtown location!

Parmissa was responsive, organized and helpful from beginning to end. Her place was super clean, and she provided detailed instructions to make everything easy. The noise from the Skytrain was a bit distracting at first, but we got used to it.

This location and apartment is absolutely fantastic. Minutes walk from BC Place, clean, spacious (more than I expected!) and the hosts seemed very kind and thoughtful. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and it could not have been a better location and the hosts were kind enough to leave a beading kit for us to prep for the show. Overall great stay!

Stayed here with a friend for a few nights. Great location. Nice and quiet. A little bit small, but it was OK to manage with 2 adults. Parking was a plus! My full size, three row SUV, fit in his parking spot! Great location

Amazing location and very responsive host. The unit is very cute, comfortable, and cozy. Be aware that because of the super convenient location, there is some SkyTrain noise. No one in our group complained of difficulty sleeping though. It's very nice to people watch as well.

Perfect spot for a date night dinner and show at the rickshaw! The apartment was exactly as pictured and really comfortable. We would definitely book here again!
