Condo holiday rentals in Kita City

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. I was here with my three kids, my husband and my mom. It was a perfect place as it was close to my grandmother’s house and in a central location close to Shinjuku station. It really helped that there was a subway station and bus station less a block away! The air bnb was very clean, organized and it was such a cute apartment. Checking in and out was very easy and I always felt safe. Our hosts Kayo and Kiyono were very good at communicating with me from the beginning and they were so helpful and sweet. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much to the super hosts!

Very nice place to stay, Maple was very enthusiastic to answer all the questions, the location was good and had some small issues that were taken care of in a timely manner after communicating.The response information is also very quick, and it is also suitable for bringing children together.

Yin and Jing both are very helpful , they just a message away, they will make you so comfortable and make your vacation memorable. Whenever i would make plan to visit Tokyo so this place will be my priority. Going to miss your place for sure. Thanks for everything!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s just a 2-minute walk from Meguro Station, and there are lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We arrived late, and the staff was already there, ready to help us carry our luggage. They were super friendly and helpful. The only thing we were a bit confused about was using the cooking gadgets and washing machine, but they came to our room to show us how to use them.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Our stay here was incredible! Tomoki’s kindness made it unforgettable. They kept our luggages before we arrived, personally helped us find the apartment when we got lost, and even left refreshing welcome drinks for us. The location is perfect, very close to public transport, supermarket, eateries, and yet peaceful. The apartment was spotless and cozy, making us feel at home. Tomoki truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tokyo! Highly recommended!!

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

Spacious and accommodating place. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Shibuya scramble and station. Many restaurants and stores at walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would book again.

Sozo and Helen were awesome hosts! They offered a Hakone trip in which we did and it was perfect! We met them at the Tokyo airbnb, left our luggages there, and was driven by Helen and Sozo to Hakone in a private black van. Helen was so thoughtful that she got us drinks and snacks at the start of the trip. We also stopped by at other tourist sites before going to the Hakone hotel. When we got there, the traditional ryokan, was private and gorgeous!! The onsen was fantastic and not crowded at all. They guided us through our trip back to Tokyo. This tokyo airbnb listing is exactly as it sounds. Quite spacious and can open big luggages comfortably. Place is very clean. Helen and Sozo were so responsive throughout our stay that they would quickly any of our answer within 10 mins. Overall, we had an amazing experience with them. My family will definitely stay with Sozo again the next time we are back in Japan! Highly recommend!!

A wonderful stay at Akiko's beautiful and well located home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities and accommodations. The home is super close to Sangenjaya Station which is well connected to everywhere you would want to go. Akiko was also super communicative and accommodating which made everything even smoother. The spot was pretty good location wise, a little smaller than was expecting, but most places in Tokyo are similar, overall great spot to stay at.

It was a comfortable and cozy accommodation. It had everything we needed and definitely worth the value as it’s definitely bigger than what most Tokyo hotels offer. Location was great as it was a mere 5 mins walk to the metro. Although it is right next to the main road. It is surprisingly very quiet at night. Host was quick to respond when we had a minor power issue on the first day and everything was smooth thereafter. Will definitely recommend this stay.

Loved staying at Eleven’s place! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and easy to get to. Can also walk directly from shinjuku about 20 mins if you want to skip the hub bub. Elevators in shin okubu station are right at the entrance and easy to find to transport our giant luggage’s. House is spacious and clean. Tatami mats and blankets were super nice to sleep on and the heater worked like a dream.

The space was clean and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located right next to a convenience store, making it easy to grab essentials. The building has a lift, which is a big plus for handling large suitcases. The room itself has plenty of space to accommodate big suitcases without feeling cramped. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

I liked the location of the Airbnb mostly because it was a little more reclusive than the bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku but it was still easy to access those cities. The place is a little small though and would only really fit two people and only three people if you all felt extremely comfortable with each other because of the bathroom situation.
