There is free parking all along the road opposite the house It’s about a 15 minute walk into Torquay and harbour area or 5 minute drive. Bus to town stops 50m away. The train station is in Torquay and it’s a 40 minute drive to Exeter and its airport.

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

3 double bedrooms (one with a sink), dining room, lounge, two toilets, one shower, terrace with stunning views. 3 minutes almost level walk to Dartmouth river front. This 1860s refurbished property is on an enchanting very old road which has few cars and is very quiet. There is a brand new bathroom with shower, brand new kitchen with new double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob. Downstairs toilet, basin & washing machine. There is fast WiFi included.
