Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston

Our stay at Janet’s listing was absolutely fantastic. It’s right around the corner from the main hub in Hudson so it was very easy for my wife and I to get around. The listing was also perfect for what we needed and was very cozy. Janet was also helpful and very responsive with a minor TV issue which she resolved right away. Highly recommend staying here and my wife and I will definitely be renting here again in the future.

Really lovely. Emily’s space was perfect for us, comfortable, clean, great location. And Emily was always responsive making it easy to communicate as needed. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to return next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—unique design, very clean, and cozy. It was easy to find and check in. The host was amazing—friendly and responsive. We also loved the town, great restaurants around! Definitely coming back in warmer weather!! 🍀

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an incredible time at Rick and Vicky’s home! They were very friendly from the very beginning when I reached out to ask if the area was fenced and if they would accommodate our greyhounds! The home is stunning and pristine and there’s two fenced areas that are accessed directly from inside the home which makes it super dog friendly. Both bedrooms are beautiful and so comfortable I slept so well on all three nights. The kitchen was a great space and so fun to cook in while looking out the big windows into the beautiful nature and seclusion. The living room was comfy for all of us with a big TV and fireplace. The windows and indoor/outdoor space with a sunroom was really great we felt very secluded yet one with nature. They gave us great instructions to check in and check out and everything was truly so guest friendly and ideal. There’s also an incredible apartment attached to the house that we didn’t use but would be great for extra people. Thank you so much!!! We will be back

We loved staying at Bengisu’s home for the holidays. It’s even cozier and more welcoming than can be seen in photos, and the location is great - just a few minutes walk into town to enjoy everything Beacon has to offer. Bengisu was communicative and helpful leading up to the trip, and her home was the perfect place for us to spend a few days relaxing and exploring. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

This charming cottage in Lake Katrine was spotless, beautifully organized, and perfectly quaint. Adele and Arielle were incredibly kind, diligent, and always quick to respond. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making for a cozy and relaxing stay. We are planning to book again in the summer and highly recommend it!

Austin's place was excellent for a long weekend in beautiful, snowy Hudson! The photos were accurate but the place was even nicer than it looked in the pictures with every possible amenity we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and living room were wonderfully comfortable and it stayed nice and toasty inside even when we got several inches of snow. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Craig’s house. Very warm and inviting with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful wooded area which we enjoyed very much at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, felt right at home and the communication was seamless. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including our pup. The space was spotless and well decorated, everything we could possibly need for a nice, restful weekend. The location was perfect, walkable and it was nice being right in the downtown location. If you are looking for a peaceful, convenient, and welcoming place to call home when away, this is the spot. We definitely will return, thank you Andrea for such a great weekend!

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

This house was perfect for our group of five! Spacious, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the proximity to the slopes – just a short drive to Windham Mountain. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a ski trip in Windham!

Jason was a great host. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, nice, easy. Jason communicated well and was responsive. All went according to plan and we would stay again. The unit allows ski-in and out ability, which is great.

Michael’s place was amazing, so peaceful. The suite was as perfect for 2 people. We absolutely loved everything about the suite especially the hot tub. Even had the opportunity to see Bambi! Michael was also very responsive, he was great. We will definitely be booking again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
