Holiday houses in Kingsland

Our family of 6 stayed at this home for our Christmas vacation. The beds are super cozy, lovely outdoor areas & pool plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect minutes to anything on the island. We cooked in & ate out. We enjoyed fishing, Fort Frederica, Dolphin watching, SSI Lighthouse & Pier All nearby. highly recommend if your looking for a nice family place on SSI. Thank you for sharing your place Chris

Carleshia is an outstanding host - comprehensive, responsive, and ready to assist with anything. The place is stunning and unique. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone who's visiting Jacksonville.

We enjoyed our first time visit to Amelia Island. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Comfy beds and lots of towels. We prepared meals with ease. The condo area is located off one of the biking/walking greenways. It is a quite complex. We met lots of friendly neighbors. We rented bikes for the week and explored every day. We also walked to the beach. The location was perfect to explore all the different areas of Amelia Island. We recommend the river cruise, the trolley tour and the walking tours. We also visited Fort Clinch and Amelia Island State Park. We would happily stay at this condo unit again.

This is a duplex on a main street but there wasn't as much traffic as I thought so it was easy in and out and didnt hear road noise. Quiet inside the house despite neighbors having a fun night celebrating the new year. The only time you could hear the neighbors was out in the backyard. The backyard is cozy there's a covered section with tables chairs and ceiling fans, and a hammock out between the trees. It is fenced with a tall fence so it's great for dogs, it's a small area so not for exersizing the dogs, but thats what the beach is for! Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner with easy access. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has plenty of extra amenities. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. We had recently experienced the wrath of Helene, concurrent with cancer diagnosis. Edward’s place and St Simon’s was just what we needed. The beaches were within 3 miles and everything we needed within reach. The home was clean and quiet and adorable! I hope to get back!

This condo was perfect for our family. This is the second stay in less than a month. we were down to attend lur daughter's college graduation in Brunswick. Everything was great. The Christmas decor was a nice touch!

Beautiful home! Stayed here for my wedding weekend and wouldn’t change a thing. The hosts are so nice and very responsive. Would love to come back one day soon ☺️

Beautiful home. Comfortable and clean. Nice and quiet area. Plenty of space for our group of 2 couples. Host were very responsive and proactive in their communications.

We have stayed in this area for Thanksgiving for the past 10 years. This was a new condo for us and we were thrilled. The location is fantastic… easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. I did have a few questions earlier on. The host was very responsive. It was very nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom and the beds were comfortable in all three spaces. We would definitely rent here again.
