Holiday houses in Kinatarkan Island

Great place for family vacation. The staffs were very attentiveand helpful. All of our needs and questions were all answered. The pool is enough for the kids to enjoy.

The sunrise and sunset from the garden and the 2nd floor balcony was incredible. You can walk down the stairs from the garden and snorkel or just float. There are 2 cabanas where you can hang out, have drinks, have a meal, play games or just nap. The security guards and assistants were very friendly and helpful. Bring your own coffee, supplies for your kitchen. There’s a pool table and a grill outside. The main part of Santa Fe is less than 10 minute tricycle ride. The ruins and Ogtong Cave , Pang Pang restaurant, Everyday Sunday cafe are all walking distance, super close. Very quiet, peaceful sanctuary. You have kayaks, paddle boards and bikes you can use. Wish we spend more days there!! Must do… hire a “jeep-cycle” (bigger than a tricycle (can accommodate 6) to go on a land tour to see the whole island and sights. Kuta and Paraduse beaches pretty close to the Airbnb Also, you gotta go to Virgin Island. We didn’t have enough time to go Island hopping but make time for it.

We had an amazing stay at Dave and Mercedes' luxury home in Bantayan Island! The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had a blast singing karaoke. Dave and Mercedes were incredibly kind and welcoming, even treating us to some delicious pancit. Highly recommend staying here!

Chris, is accommodating, hospitable, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. we felt right at home. The place is peaceful and serene, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The food is absolutely delicious, and my kids were thoroughly enjoying the pizza and cheesy fries! As a remote worker, I was pleased to find that the WiFi connection was great, allowing me to work seamlessly from the comfort of our room. We stayed in the Family Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic, being very near to the beautiful beaches. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and delicious stay. Chris' exceptional hospitality and the wonderful amenities make it a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Property is accessible and easy to find specially that my friends and I rented motorcycles. Property is clean, peaceful and hosts are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We even had our karaoke session extended and were able to use kitchen utensils and table outside. Will surely rent here if we'll be back in Sta Fe.

Cher & Bob (CB) are amazing hosts, went out of their way (figuratively & literally) to ensure we had wonderful stay. Not enough space 2 detail all they did 4 us (and hesitant to raise future guests' expectations), but in all my years on Abnb, I can't remember hosts as kind and helpful. Not only were we treated like exalted guests, entire time felt like we were visiting old friends. Location is great - you can walk to a sundries shop next door and easily get taxi to/from Santa Fe (SF) or Bantayan Town (BT), BT market is best for fresh food. For beach time, you'll want to go to SF; despite Cher's beautiful ocean views, her beach is not exactly suitable for swimming. OTOH, steady east coast breeze = little need for AC and no mosquitos, which is not the case on the south coast. Translucent curtains, bring eye mask if you want to sleep later than sunrise. We stayed a cheaper place on south side but considering all CB did for us + convenient location, I think it's a good value, will return!

Warm welcome, cozy little place, would visit again

The villa was the perfect place for our big group to stay in. The place was airy , bright and very spacious. The view of the ocean from the veranda was spectacular and the grounds looked very well maintained. The caretakers, Ayin and Timyong were such a big help especially Ayin assisting our group with prepping and cooking our food. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back there again if we decide to visit the area again ! Highly recommended !!

We arrived late at the place because of that, the owner was very kind to extend a little bit of time so we can take a shower after our island hopping. Ate Kristine and kuya Julio were very helpful and kind to us. I booked the place to introduce bantayan island to my friends from manila and they were not disappointed. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely comeback again with my whole family next time.
